I went in to to have all my wisdom teeth removed and only giving them 5 stars does not give enough credit on the level of professionalism that location has. I would definitely give them 10 STARS. Going to have teeth worked on can be troublesome for most people as a person may be scared, nervous, anxious, and experience many other emotions. However, the Doctors and Staff allows a person to feel comfortable, they create a pleasant atmosphere, are informative, and honestly I highly recommend going to Aspen Dental because you will not be disappointed why settle for a 2 Star outfit when at Aspen Dental they will give you a 10 Star treatment Again THANK YOU EVERYONE AT ASPEN DENTAL, Charles J. I had a very disappointing experience at Cherry Hill Dental that I feel others should be aware of…read more I went in for a cleaning on April 24, 2025, and no one told me beforehand that my insurance (Delta Dental) wouldn't cover it. I later found out -- two months after the visit when I called Delta myself -- that I wasn't eligible for another cleaning until May 6th. Had they been honest upfront, I would have simply rescheduled. To make matters worse, they charged me for X-rays they already had from my previous dentist. Cherry Hill even confirmed they received them the day before my appointment -- yet they took more and billed me anyway without ever discussing it. At the end of the appointment, they mentioned I needed a filling, but told me I couldn't even schedule it unless I paid in full or signed up for a payment plan. That was the first time it was brought up -- nothing about that was mentioned before or during the actual appointment. I even asked them to review their video footage to prove that someone came in to explain these charges ahead of time -- because no one did. Everything was only discussed after the fact, at the front desk, which left me with unexpected bills. This office seriously lacks transparency and communication. I've never had an experience like this at any other dental office, and I won't be returning. Be careful and ask a lot of questions -- because they won't volunteer the info.

The staff at the JC office were incredibly unprofessional and totally unresponsive. I was repeatedly promised return phone calls from the insurance coordinator and support staff- literally calling from February through June-their staff totally dropped the ball and NEVER would call back although every time I spoke with them they guaranteed me they would call back THAT DAY! After 5 months of unprofessionalism, we are DONE with Cherry Hill Dental!!! I wish I had read other reviews- the Columbia location has a "good" rating- the JC office, very "poor"! That totally sums up our experience also.

The hygienist was so patient and did such a good job making her feel comfortable. Sunglasses, bibs, gloves...anything to make it fun. And Dr. Slaughter was the same. So friendly, explained everything he was doing to both her and me. Everyone doled out the high fives freely. Not kidding, on the car ride home, my daughter said, "That was so fun! I wish we could go there forever." High praise coming from a four-year-old speaking about a dentist. We'd recommend Riverbend to anyone looking for a dentist in Jefferson City. Never mind that they were also voted City's Best this year. Just icing on the cake.
