She was not only incompetent but- mocking and spiteful. She spent nearly an hour arguing with and alienating a new patient but claimed she didn't have time to verify the pay schedule with the insurance provider because she was too busy. The next day a different practice was able to verify out of network benefits and provide an estimate and treatment. Avoid this place. We didn't make it past the mean old troll at the front desk and cannot attest for the actual quality of dental work performed here but the sense of entitlement and lack of empathy displayed by the receptionist/admin was enough for my wife to walk out in tears. Disgusting.

This other dentist informed me that I should have been referred to a specialist initially and I will have to receive my THIRD root canal. I called WEDGEWOOD Dental in rolla and spoke with the manager who states "the third appointment was to finish the second root canal" and she will ask the Doctor if she can refund the money but they don't feel like they should, EVEN THOUGH the root canal was not completed. I called to follow up today, and was told they are " No longer taking calls from me anymore". Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR MONEY. She is a thief and it was an actual nightmare working with her.

The dentist told him he needed a root canal and referred him to another dentist. He paid the fee of $133. The referred dentist, who charged him $187, took one look at the tooth and said it couldn't be saved. It needed to be extracted. My husband was assuming that Rolla Family Dentistry would be able to extract his tooth. He did not get any resolution when he called them. We had to seek another dentist that would do the extraction in a timely manner. We feel we paid a total of $320 to 2 dentists for no good reason. We feel Rolla Family Dentistry knew the tooth could not be saved from the get go.
