Buyer beware - don't purchase a Groupon for this place (or go here on the regular). Purchased a…read moreGroupon online, scheduled an appointment for the weekend, and was called 2 days in advance to come in on a Friday instead (as if people don't have work in the daytime). On top of that, the person over the phone started listing out the fees for each service that were due - $10 per service + 18% minimum tipping on the full price of the service. Before they finished, they put me on hold for an extended period of time. At that point, I hung up and contacted Groupon for a refund. The lack of professionalism was astounding as was the adamant demand for an 18% tip before services rendered. Ridiculous.

Went for a couples massage and facial combo. First the lady said she will give us groupon price…read morewithout buying it because on Saturdays they don't accept it. So I said fine I will pay $25 deposit and then pay $100 in person. I guess On saturday a different Head Receptionist called and said they had to cancel our appointment and then said that the price is actually $104. I didn't bother fighting it, I just let it go. But I was annoyed that at the last minute our appointment was cancelled at least they called us. Well, when we got there for our rescheduled appointment, they told us everything is cash even gratuity did they tell you that? I said no. So we had to walk to the nearest Bank to take out cash. I wish they told us that on the phone that was very important. When we got in, we didn't get greeted with wine or anything. Just Hello if you need restroom its at the end of hall. The ladies were friendly and I have no doubt-- hard workers. Cons: I still had soap or white residue on my face from the facial. I thought it was fuzz from the clean pads but when I put water on it to remove the residue it smeared and had a little soapy substance. Ugh. My FH mentioned as we were eating at a restaurant after, that I had white stuff on my face. :( So I didn't care for the following but if you are going to include wine then you should pour us a glass because its service to us. We shouldn't pour our own--At a restaurant, the waiter/waitress ALWAYS pour us the glass. It's etiquette. Pros: Massage with great. Joanna is good. She didn't go above and beyond but she did a really good job--even with gloves on. She asked for our preferences and what kind of massage we wanted. The place was clean and looks modern inside.

With young four kids at home, I wanted to feel confident that I was in expert hands, and that's exactly what I found here. From the first consultation through recovery, everything felt thoughtful, organized, and incredibly patient-centered. Every member of the staff was kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive, which made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. What really stood out was the level of personal care. During the Blizzard of '26 -- when most of the city was essentially shut down -- Dr. Neinstein himself came to check on me at my hotel to make sure I was doing well. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about who he is as both a surgeon and a person. Traveling for care can feel intimidating, but this team made the entire process seamless. I always felt informed, safe, and completely supported every step of the way. The outcome is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. If you are considering traveling for expert care and exceptional results, I would recommend Dr. Neinstein and his incredible team without hesitation.

I'm sharing this because I don't want anyone else to feel the way I do right now. Before choosing…read moreDr. Anna Steve, I had consultations with multiple plastic surgeons who all agreed I would need a breast lift along with implants. I chose to move forward here because I trusted her work and had seen her results online and on Instagram. I also paid a $250 consultation fee, which is the highest I've paid, so I went in with high expectations. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures. My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn't listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan. On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn't listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward. Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow-ups, I've expressed that I wasn't happy. By around week 3, I noticed sagging and was told it would improve and fall into place by 6 months. Now 6 months later, that didn't happen. My breasts are sagging more than before, I can't wear certain clothes I used to, and it has really affected my confidence. At my recent visit, I was told a lift may not be safe and that I signed a consent that did not include it. While I understand consent is important, I had already brought this up before surgery and moved forward based on what I was told at that time. It was also frustrating that the details of our prior discussion did not seem to be clearly acknowledged. I'm honestly just very disappointed with my experience and results.
