Prior to the move we wanted to bring as much as we could in terms of house hold effects to a local storage locker. We ended up making many trips up and back during the house building process and brought a load of boxes each time. This reduced the cost we eventually had to pay movers, and was an easy way to have essential house hold items available as soon as we moved to the area. We were coming from almost 100 miles away so this was just very helpful. Elizabeth was great. Her storage rates were reasonable and as a bonus I even stored one of our cars at the facility. Every step of the way Elizabeth was just wonderfully helpful. Access to our storage was easy but the facility also has very good security. After we moved it was just really handy to have pre-positioned our must-have possessions for an easier move to our new home. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her company for your long and short term storage needs.

Aghast, irate, and scammed. Nice place, promotional offers…read moreare scams. Between extra fees & abrupt rent increases, their costs are hidden and deceitful until it's too late. Wonderful, simple, clean storage facility. HOWEVER they're rents are higher than norm, so they often attract customers via "exclusive" or "online rental" offers that are much lower for the first year that turn out to be crooked. It's expensive to set up (around $200+ for a "$56" unit as first month payment), but I thought it would be worth it soon enough. Then once you've had enough time to move everything in, they send a notice that the promotional period is over (3-4mths), your rent is no longer fixed but determined on a month to month basis, and you now owe rent higher than even the standard rate. So now at the start of month 4, I've paid in app. $500 for 3mths of a $56 unit, and am being told my rent is going from 56 to 130 for a 5x10, after only 3mths.

I hate moving! Called College Hunks and from that moment, they took all the stress away. I…read moreordered 2 pods to store all our furniture while our house is being built. Hunk Manager came out and did a walk through to see how many hunks I would need to get my 3 level home packed. When the day came, 4 hunks showed up on time, and got to work wrapping and packing. Matt the leader was polite, adorable, professional and a true hunk. All 4 worked as a team and in 5 hours, both pods were packed floor to ceiling. I was so happy I made them all lunch. If I may make a suggestion, please at least have cold water for these men. They work so hard and sweat in this heat...be human and treat these hard working men as you would like to be treated. Ice cold water, I even put out cold watermelon to keep their sugar up while they continued to work extremely hard.
