Not sure if it was his incompetence or just not being detail orientated but Mr. Tadlock had me agree to things in the Rule 11 that cost me an additional 30K. During the Rule 11 discussion, he stated that I could argue the points in question amidst the Temp Orders and/or Mediation proceedings. After hiring another attorney to represent me and confirmed by the Judge during the Temp Orders proceedings, I discovered the issues in question should have been addressed within the Rule 11 and I was forced to concede to the additional 30K settlement, being that I had signed the Rule 11 document.
