The community is impeccably manicured, feels safe & the few times she has needed assistance they have been responsive and very helpful! The landscaping throughout the community is being improved, and we noticed painting being done on the carports recently, etc. She isn't at all tech savvy and prefers to call vs emailing, and there is always someone who has promptly answered the phone to assist her. She had some standing water gathering near her garage and within TWO days the landscapers(/maintenance?) were quick in clearing the drain to ensure it didn't attract mosquitoes. She loves using the hot tub and has been anxious to get back to the pool area and they happily answered her questions over the phone regarding re opening procedures as we come out of COVID.
