After a couple weeks my husband asked me about a suit that was missing, I came in to ask about it (it's a 3k Gucci suit), the lady who works there didn't even want to look for it, or tell me they will take a look and see if they have it. She just started being very rude and arrogant, telling me they never make mistakes (in the 40 years they've been in business). So I leave and come back the next day to pick up my last order, asked to talk to the manager since the lady who works there was no help. The manager (which is the owner Sanda) turned out to be even more arrogant and rude, said it's my own problem. I've asked her if they can look for it, she said that they don't do mistakes. Feeling extreme frustrated, since they won't even try to locate the missing suit.
