I have to say my skin has never looked better. What I love most is that she brings all the latest and most effective in the cosmetic dermatology world to her patients. My latest favorite treatment she is offering is the 3 D Miracle: a fast, 10-15 minute, low-downtime, and generally low-pain laser skin resurfacing treatment to enhance skin tone, texture, and brightness effect by promoting natural collagen stimulation and removing dead skin cells to target fine lines and sunspots. It has treated my acne scars and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and virtually made them disappear. I can actually see the difference in my skin texture! I highly recommend this treatment for all skin types. So far I have had two treatments done within a few months of eachother. I am about to turn 66 years old in a few weeks and I have had people tell me they are in shock and they still think I am in my early 50's without makeup on! Thank you Dr. Haven!

Upon arrival in room Dr Fortier said unapologetically "sorry for the wait". I asked if this was always how the office functioned and she said no, not always. She proceeded to "examine" my son from 5 feet away and not offer any help. Then she said the "only" medication that would help his eczema was not covered by our insurance but that most cover it so it must be our plan. Then she offered allergy testing that was already done. She left and then put her head back in and said that the staff told her that most insurances don't cover the medicine she recommended. No other solution or care offered. When asked when we want to schedule another appt I said never and left. Horrible uncaring useless staff and doctor. Believe all the bad reviews. Misdiagnosed poison ivy for shingles - would not recommend…read more Extremely disappointed by my experience at this practice. After calling in panic about an itchy rash on my neck/shoulders, I was seen for an emergency visit. After 2 minutes, I was immediately told I had shingles. My symptoms? Severe itchiness. I spent 1 week on unnecessary anti-viral medication (Valtrex) that made me tired and unwell, the rash cleared slightly but itching was still severe, keeping me up at night. I had a follow up the next week with noticeably more bumps/blisters down my arm, was told I didn't need more Valtrex and was prescribed a topical steroid. For shingles? I should have known at that point this wasn't shingles, but instead placed my trust in a medical professional who specializes in skin conditions. Two days later, I rushed to the ER as I now had a severe rash on additional parts of my body. After a thorough examination, two ER doctors confirmed this was NEVER shingles - it was poison ivy. They prescribed me an oral steroid (prednisone) and said it would get better in 1-2 days. I saw an additional dermatologist for another opinion and he confirmed it was never shingles, just a severe (and dangerous) allergic reaction to poison ivy. I called Greenwich Point Dermatology to let them know, they apologized for the misdiagnosis and said they would speak to their practice manager. I got a call from the PA who misdiagnosed me and she was unapologetic - she's STILL claiming I may have had shingles, but noted it was difficult to diagnose initially. Really? Because you seemed pretty certain after seeing me for 2 minutes that it was shingles 2 weeks prior, and doubled down on the diagnosis even when I came in for a follow up with a rash that had now spread. I'm looking forward to putting this behind me, but I spent nearly 2 weeks misdiagnosed with shingles, out from work, bedridden and sleeping 15 hours a day with no relief, even contemplating suicide several times, when in reality all I had was untreated poison ivy. I thought I was crazy, was told my issue was a nervous system one, to just calm down and relax. I'm extremely frustrated at the medical irresponsibility of this practice, and the larger issue with our healthcare system refusing to take the time to holistically examine patients and their symptoms. It's all about the money. So sure, if you want fillers and botox, this place may be for you. It's boujee. But if you have a real MEDICAL concern, I'd go somewhere else.

Accident left me completely stressed, and in pain. Obviously I was seeing traditional medicine at the same time, and what started off as appointments for acne, soon turned into a loopy one year journey of nonsense. I have a torn right shoulder, a torn bicep, a torn pelvis, and PTSD. Obviously, I made my practitioner aware of these injuries and was totally into the concept of bringing down the inflammation in my body. What I really thought was the crock , was the constant supplement protocols, that led me to believe by my practitioner that I possibly could have diseases such as blood cancer ; multiple sclerosis, and many other scary, life-threatening disease diseases that honestly made me so nervous. I kept coming back. Now, those who do natural medicine could read about how this happens all the time ; you start to build a bond with your practitioner and trust them. Adjusting my stomach through a bizarre method of nonsense ended up, damaging my pelvis more ; and not only that being more ridiculous I was on a cane and dropped my phone and my practitioner couldn't even bother to pick my phone up for me even though I couldn't move my two legs. If that doesn't say a lot about a person's character, I don't know what does. Eventually, I stopped playing into the nonsense protocols that were just supplement after supplement, which were mostly placebo ; and I, stopped going, but not because I wanted to, my practitioner never reached out to me after I asked for my last visit summary notes. She blew me off like I was complete garbage ; and I don't know what naturopath gets Botox and speaks about it openly because to be honest that goes against everything they believe in, but as someone is myself, who's a little bit odd I didn't judge, but now that I reflect on the situation, I ended up with such wacky bloodwork because of all these stories, and fake diagnoses. I now have been with a spinal doctor, getting injections, seeing a primary care doctor ; back to just my sleeping medication and I moved on! I know Dr. Lewis is amazing because I've had friends who have seen her with great success, and also doctors are used in the area that recommends her to many mothers ; she should definitely be more wary of who she hires. Sidenote, I really don't think it's important to call patients from blocked numbers. It leaves the impression. The only reason you do that is because you "allegedly" are scamming people, and you don't want a way to reach your direct line. ; It's really not that hard to find somebody's number on the Internet FYI Anyway, good riddance, wish you the best
