It was refreshing and put me right at ease. My first treatment today with Jen was perfect: completely painless, professional, and full of attention to detail. Jen, Kiera, and Jianna are an amazing trio--they work together so seamlessly and really bring the whole place together with their warmth and expertise. Texted several times, kept saying she will be with me in a few minutes and then later said she was in traffic in a uber. Did not see me until 45 mins later. Then tried to make another appointment, took 3 weeks to get one (as she either didn't respond or gave random dates/time and then would not follow up if that didn't work.) Finally had her confirm one and she canceled 5 mins before saying her nurse was sick (she has never used a nurse). Really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it really is just a scam.
