I have a known fear of needles so I had a lot of anxiety going into this. Luckily, Lisa has a wonderful staff that helped me through it all. To begin, numbing cream was applied in a spa like room. The room had a comforting feel to it. As the numbing cream set in, my fears started to go away. After the numbing cream fully set, I was taken into another room where the injections would be done. Lisa sat me in the chair with a big smile letting me know everything would be fine! She and her assistant, Fredricka handed me two squishy dinosaurs to squeeze during the injections. Fredricka did a wonderful job distracting me using this vibrating tool! Fredricka played a huge role in helping my anxiety go away, so thankful for her too!
