The New Haven Lawn Club offers five comfortable, spacious overnight guest rooms and one suite, a main dining room seating 200, and a grand ballroom seating 300 that was being used for a wedding reception the night we stayed there. The fitness center and four squash courts are open 24x7. Outdoors, there is a pool, toddler pool, eight Hart-tru tennis courts, two paddle courts and a playground. Guests enjoy free parking and wifi. It is a year round tennis and paddle club with excellent instruction for both adults and children. The summer is great for racquet sports and enjoying the pool. It also has a great lunch spot w/food, drinks and snacks all day. I have 3 boys who have been playing tennis here for years and spend everyday in the summer taking clinics and hanging out w/their friends. My husband and I met a number of couples who have become our best friends. The owner, pros and staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is, by far, the best year round club on the shoreline.

This company puts customer service first. I hired Aquatic for my inground pool 14x30. Before…read moresigning contract, Tom (owner) explained everything to me about construction and lawn damage. It was all common sense being that they are digging a massive hole in my yard. Safety was always first, they used a heavy grade temporary fencing around the pool until the project was finished. During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. When completed Ralph did what he calls pool school and went over everything and made sure I understood. Jose is an exceptional service guy he had to come out for my railing and pool cover. Everyone is the North Branford store goes above and beyond for you. I dont use them for service, I open and close the pool. I do get my products for them and have my water tested. I have tried other products from cheaper stores, not the same. My pool looks great with there products. Overall a great company to do business with.

I love the boardwalk here. The boardwalk is long, as long as the beach, with plenty of benches if you should need a rest. They have some of the cutest pups walking along the boardwalk, it's like a dog parade. Then even have folks who walk around with boom boxes. Providing a bit of a situation to dance to anyone who's around. The beach is easily accessible right by the boardwalk. Unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest. There was a substantial amount of seaweed and other debris. The sand wasn't soft, it was full of broken shells and other particles. The cleanliness could depend on peak of season. As I mentioned I enjoyed the boardwalk of this beach. There's kids on rollerblades, and people on bicycles. It's a nice way to catch the sun.
