Then they send you a second email asking those that responded and didnt get service to forward their response letter back to them as proof. So they can schedule you. This makes no sense. So you miss a bunch of people's responses due to emails and they can still get the normal rate. I call to schedule due to email mishap and you want to charge me 50% more??? It's a 5 minute job testing the meter. Why RIP people off. I found another honest service to use.

I checked the sewer line and it is still draining slowly. This is after one month that they came by and unfortunately my tenant didn't let me know right away about the gurgling sound so I called as soon as I found out. The owner wanted to come by and charge another $250 to snake the line and $200 to put a camera in. There was no attempt to make it right or try to snake it a second time at no charge. I cannot spend $500 within a month time and still have a slow drain. I cannot recommend this company and will not do business with them again.
