DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!…read more Reason #1: Upon arrival their "tap to pay" card reader did not work twice for incidentals. Instead of calling me (like they stated they would) when resolved I was forced to come to the front desk being locked out of my room 3 times. The third time my card was on hold (from California,) and I had to call to get it resolved. While on the phone outside resolving the male Manager started screaming at me for it taking longer than "5 minutes," and announcing to the parking lot that my card was "declined." It was resolved 2 mins later, and zero apologies were given. Reason #2: Their room door key reader is broken, and/or extremely temperamental. I've had to get a new key now 8 times, and when I walk my dogs I leave my door cracked and risk the safety of my belongings to avoid constantly getting let into my room. The male manager eventually told me to leave it away from my phone or a credit card... I did, still needed let in. Reason #3: I went to a local store to get some necessities only to return to a voicemail by the female owner (see attached) telling me that my dogs are no longer ESA animals, and started to harass me the moment I entered the hotel. The Manager fails to realize that ESA animals are determined by a Mental Health Professional, and not whether or not they're left in a hotel room. Them barking is rare, and if so, is solely separation anxiety following my recent divorce. Reason #4: The Owners live in the hotel, and they watch your every move, and they make you sign and initial an agreement that they do not give you a copy of to have. I have had my window looked in while the grass was being mowed by the male owner, yelled at in the parking lot while the male owner played catch with his daughter, a voicemail from the female owner medically informing me I know longer have ESA animals, and I continuously hear them talking in another language outside my window and room door. Reason #5: See the photos attached. This place is not worth your money. Their card reader and room door entries don't work, the family that lives there will watch and harass you, the breakfast is half cooked "biscuits," and watery gravy, damages all over the rooms not shown in the photos, they'll make you sign and initial an agreement they do not give you a copy of, and if you reserve in person like they'll insist they will take your money.

I won't spend a lot of time on this because it's a budget hotel, and it's honestly difficult to…read morefind things to highlight. The room is pretty spartan with a queen bed, small desk, tv, microwave, and mini-fridge. It was a bit stuffy when I got to my room on the second floor (no elevator), so I turned on the AC. It was a bit louder than expected, but not bad. The bed was clean when I pulled back the blankets to inspect it, but the frame on which the mattress sat was square tube steel with springs supporting the mattress. VERY SQUEAKY when I sat on it! I could hear the bed in the adjoining room squeak a bit when they crawled in bed later that night. The walls are kind of thin too. No bed bugs though! I didn't trust the mini-fridge. It was turned off, and had a broken foot so it rocked from side to side. I didn't turn it on. The owners were nice the one time I saw them upon check-in.

Quality Inn - A smashed roach.

I've got to say, initially I was mortified that I booked this place online without first reading…read morethe Yelp reviews. To my amazement, this is perhaps by far one of the cleanest Inns, I've stayed. Like I've always said, I normally don't do "inns and lodges" for personal enjoyment but when you're contracted with the federal government for business, you try to stay within the allowable GSA rates for hotels....hence these types of places. They are oftentimes hit or miss but it's definitely good for budgets when you find a good clean one. Aside from the bed being too hard for me, the only problem I had that was quickly rectified was the third party reservation/billing system. Be sure to check your reservation thoroughly before booking because the front desk will give you some slack for canceling. I was fortunate that the front desk manager was amenable to canceling the future reservation and allowed me to extend for the next day. I made the mistake of not checking the dates while booking at 3am and it caused an issue. Being human, as we all are or should be, we're prone to error and there should be room for error. Anyway, like I said, it was rectified with some slack but nonetheless fixed. The cleaning staff are super friendly and nice....cant really say that so much for the front desk folks. Perhaps they ought to change roles. Let the cleaning staff man the front desk and the clerks clean the room....perhaps it will humble them.

For the money it's not too terrible, but there are a lot of things that could be better. I'm…read morewriting this review mainly because THE BREAKFAST HERE IS HORRID. They don't serve eggs! You get "sausage" which is almost white, undercooked frozen potatoes, and biscuits & gravy. It's all carbs, except for the scary-looking sausage links. Or I guess they have low-fat yogurt, sweet breads, or waffles. Basically if you need anything with protein in the morning, you'll probably need to look elsewhere.
