When asked when he would be finished, he tells me, "get out of my shop." Get the car back and there's a multitude of workmanship, mechanical and cosmetic issues. Marcelo sends me and E-mail advising he'd take care of all the issues, but could not/would not because he's lazy, overwhelmed and incompetent. Refuses to process a refund. Then he has the balls to tell me not to come back to his shop. Several other shops trying to repair all of Marcelo's negligence and incompetence. See his other negative reviews. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. He found the problem (stator) and Denise - owner dudette - called me up to tell me the damage, make sure it was okay to order a new part, etc etc. I really appreciated the follow up oh the phone and I know she went to extra work to track down the part - it was really hard to come by. In short, I think it's an honest shop with super prime people. I plan on taking my motos there in the future for any work.
