They have items gathering dust- gee, wonder why? Clearance price items don't even bring up properly.. Bad selection, high prices, bad business motto, bad customer service- and they're closed in Sundays for 'religious reasons.' Gimme a break! When I asked the owner about it he showed zero signs of compassion or concern he only cares about his shop. My son who has a learning disability and emotionally impaired left 15 minutes after starting a game here from being harassed by one of the long time players here . I don't recommend anyone playing or shopping here. Especially after seeing how the owner is. He needs psychological help. Especially running a shop for kids. My son started walking home and this place is in a really rough neighborhood while carrying a couple thousand dollars of Pokemon collection in his backpack. Don't come here it's very very schweaty play and the owner has the personality of a card scalper

I reached out to the store through their website's text option and asked if they would have the…read moreUnion Arena: Goddess of Victory NIKKE boxes available during the official Nov 21-27 release event period. The staff replied: "We will have the boxes available." Based on that confirmation, I made the trip. When I arrived, I was told their shipment was still being unpacked, so I waited in the area. After everything was sorted, I was informed that NIKKE wasn't part of the shipment at all -- not delayed, not street-dated, simply not included, which directly contradicted the message they sent me earlier. I understand shipments can be incomplete. The issue was being told the product would be available during the event period and only finding out the opposite after waiting around. I'm leaving this review so other customers know to double-check availability before making the drive. (Screenshot of the store's confirmation included.)

While still a corporate bookstore, this B & N is friendly and has a nice, laid-back vibe. Great magazine selection, cute and spacious Starbucks cafe inside, free WiFi, a nice Nook station, decent customer service, a great children's section, and tons of comfy seating throughout the store to sit and read a book/magazine or study. This particular B & N has an impressive selection of coffee table books devoted to cooking and decorating, as well as a nice mystery section. One thing I've noticed lately is the growing selection of vinyl records and the ever-shrinking choice in CD's. I like that and hope to see even more vinyl make its way onto the sales floor over time. Now, they're displaying new release and remastered re-release vinyl records in both the front and the back of the store. Wow. Vinyl is definitely making a comeback. One caveat- there's been a dearth of assistance at the Nook station unless you go out of your way to request it. That's kind of a bummer. The sales staff is always pleasant and helpful once they are on the scene, but getting someone to show up is the tricky part.

You need not be an avid cyclist to shop here, though, as the staff makes up for it. Every member of the shop's staff that I have met throughout the years has the utmost care and concern for you and your bike, even if you bought your Huffy at Meijer's. Not many shops in Michigan can say that. I unfortunately worked for some. If by some astronomical chance you are not Karen and something goes wrong, the staff will happily work with you to make it right. There are not many good cycling shops in East Michigan, but this shop is one of the best, if not the best. They say you get what you pay for, but here you get more.
