Called to see about getting tires and service said I had to call parts to see if they have them. Called parts who said he had them but I had to call service to set an appointment but he said 2 tomorrow would probably be ok but he'd have service call me. No call. I called service and asked if I had a 2:00 appointment and was told no but come in anyway they can work me in. I went in and service said yes I did have a 2:00 appointment. Then the price I had been quoted was a little over $200 for 2 tires. It was over $300 with all the "extras" like tire disposal etc. Broken processes, no one bothers to talk to someone else and no one seems to be paid to care. I told service about my experience and I was told, "we get all the heat from dissatisfied customers. I understand, you just need to vent". read more

I had a great experience with Chris and Nick today at Ride Now in Concord. It took a little time and discussion to come up with a plan that worked for everyone, but in the end they were able to deliver an agreement that let me ride off with the specific bike I came for. The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. They seemed very eager to answer all of my questions about the bikes and parts. They should all get a raise for their dedication to their work. The atmosphere was fun. Music on tap, big fanfare and bell ringing when you complete your purchase, a fun experience. I am glad I came here and would recommend anyone that's in the market to check these folks out. They have a big selection and if what you want isn't there, they can probably get it. Absolutely unacceptable experience. RideNow Concord has mishandled nearly every aspect of my Yamaha R3 purchase. I was given payment quotes that were more than 100% off from reality, which should never happen at a professional dealership. On top of that, the finance process was not explained clearly or honestly upfront. After completing the purchase, I was told I could pick up the bike, only to find out three days later (after I called them) that no paperwork had even been submitted. Nothing. No proactive communication, no transparency, no accountability. Because of their failure to do basic follow-through, what should have been a straightforward transaction has now turned into over a week of delay just to receive a bike I already purchased. This wasn't one mistake. It was repeated misinformation, poor process, and complete lack of urgency. If you value clear communication, accurate pricing, and competent handling of paperwork, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. read more

Was contacted from a person called IKE who said he was going to help and would call me back before he left for vacation this week. HE NEVER CALLED BACK so now my bike is still down in the middle of the season just before Americas 250th celebration. I have reached out to the response I was given here on Yelp. I recently contacted RideNow Power Sports (Concord, NC) about purchasing a 2025 Can-Am Renegade X XC 110 EFI that they had listed online for $3,491. I spoke first with Nick, who was extremely dismissive and had no interest in answering questions. He repeatedly insisted pricing could "only be done in person," even after I explained I was out of state and had someone local who could pick it up. Only after pressing did he reluctantly provide a price -- which came out to $4,997, nearly $1,500 above the listed online price. When I questioned how the price could jump that much, I was told by manager Hannah Fowler that BRP "mandates" a $495 fee, and she doubled down on the inflated pricing. She admitted the "managers set the pricing," which means the dealership is simply adding their own markup and blaming the manufacturer. This is the definition of bait-and-switch. The online price pulls you in, then they inflate the cost once they have you on the phone. I've purchased multiple Can-Am machines before (including a 2024 Outlander XTP 850 from another dealer without any of these shady add-on games), and I have never experienced a dealer so blatant about padding profit and acting like it's normal. Their pricing is misleading, the communication is dismissive, and the management is unapologetic about the deception. If this is how they treat someone before the sale, I can only imagine how they treat you afterwards. There are plenty of reputable Can-Am dealers who are transparent, respectful, and value repeat customers. This dealership is not one of them. Can I give this place zero stars. Sale man said no, he could not provide price over the phone, but its website advertise it for $7100. I showed up in person and was introduced to a young sale man that appeared to have no knowledge of golfcart. After getting my information, this young sale man introduced me to sale manager, who asked for my offer. He came back shortly after with a proposal of a total $20K on a golf cart's sticker price of $7100. I refused and re counter offered with 9K, including my trade in. Another sale manager showed up and said , " i'll be back". After another 1 hours of waiting, no answer. Finally, this same sale manager returned and said : "i can't do it". In conclusion, Ridenow concord is the worse dealer ship I 've never been in my life. Bad sale tactic, young inexperience sale people with low experience and bad customer service. I think people should know this before giving business to them. Please , management need to train their sale staff better in negotiating tactic, market value, price with current street value, not some " destination fee" or installing fees. I had a horrible experience purchasing from Ride Now. We began the day just looking and decided quickly we wanted to make a purchase. It took over 3 hours to see initial payment information, when I asked about a special advertised on their website they first said they didn't know anything about it then it changed to the thing I was buying didn't qualify in which it did based on the fine print. After waiting over 4 hours for numbers, we escalated the situation to a floor manager in which a new one was assigned to us and was getting to action. Then he never came back. After another hour we decided to leave and they had our license and a card. We requested our items to leave and then they assigned another floor manager to us after going back and forth about numbers. I had a price from another dealer and they denied the price I had saying it wasn't out the door, etc. when I showed them they initially said they couldn't do it but after trying to leave again, magically they could do it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at RideNow Powersports of Concord after purchasing my Can-Am Ryker. The sales process was frustrating from the start, as the advertised price was not honored, and everything after the purchase has been equally unacceptable. On delivery day, the bike was dirty and had no gas. More importantly, my title and registration were never completed, my 60-day temporary tag has expired, and I am now unable to legally ride a vehicle I paid for in full. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership for updates and assistance, my calls have gone unanswered and no one has followed up. This is a serious issue that should never happen with a licensed dealership. Customers should not have to chase down basic paperwork months after a purchase. I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately, RideNow has provided neither. I am requesting immediate resolution of my title and registration. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. We came here to get our children a dirt bike. They had one of the biggest selections that we were able to find and convenient hours for a Sunday. We had help from Jay the sales associate who took great care of our needs and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Update to my originally 5 star review. Within the first 3 days we realized there was a slow leak in the tire from a hole in the inter tube. My husband took it back to the place the following Saturday and was told he would have to pay to get it repaired even though it was sold to us that way. As soon as we got it home the first day both tires needed air. We just thought because it might of sat a while and was not an issue. Unfortunately that was not the case. My husband spend his day off trying to figure out how to replace the inter tube. Make sure you double check your tires before you leave! read more

I came to ridenow powersports back in Aug 19 excited to buy my first motorcycle. It was supposed to be a major milestone I got to share with my dad and girlfriend who was the for support but the entire experience from the moment we walked in to today has been an absolute nightmare. They have completely ruined my first motorcycle buying experience. The problems are serious starting with the constant headaches and lack of communication about my registration. Im currently on my second temp tag which expires in December for a bike I bought in August which was $15,000. Thats over two months without a permanent tag. They gave me the run around for weeks constantly promising a call back that never came. When we finally drove up there on Oct 10th, we spoke to the manager over the title clerk. He was very apologetic and promised I would have my tags by the following week. That was a total lie. When we called back the following week to ask where they were, we spoke to "Dave Smith" who told us he would check on it and call us back on Friday the following week and we have heard nothing back since. I believe they are dragging their feet and the whole "At the mercies of the DMV" line is just their excuse for failing to do their job. To make things worse the screws they used to hold the paper temp tags onto the license plate are constantly falling out. This is exactly how I lost my first temp tag while driving (I had to use a safety pin the hold it and it still ripped off!) Just last night the same screws popped off again. Ive spent all this time chasing paperwork and worrying about losing my tag instead of enjoying the bike. On top of all that they made the purchase stressful by aggressively trying to pressure me into buying gear, a theft plan, and other add ons then had the nerve to ask me to leave a good review for them. I am so glad I didnt as they have done absolutely nothing to earn one. I have not been able to fully enjoy my bike because this dealership failed on every level. Customer service, safety, legal paperwork, and the advisor over the service department... when I tired to ask about the bikes evap system the guy was no help at all completely shutting me out and didnt even try. I travelled to the location and could not have had any worse of an experience. They were $9,000 dollars higher than an offer I had already received from 2 other dealerships over the phone. If you like to play games and and get ripped off this is the dealership for you! If you want to be treated fairly and respected then deal with Sport Cycles in Rockingham or Crossroads in Albemarle. The worst experience as to purchasing a Can-Am Spyder. I received my machine without a proper pre delivery inspection. drove 40 miles home with the air suspension disconnected, tire pressures overfilled and only one key for the machine. They told me it only comes with one. I contacted BRP of which they told me the dealer owes me a second key as this is how they are delivered to the dealer. I politely asked for the general manager to talk with me by way of email and talking to the sales manager and salesperson. Never got a response from the GM after several attempts. They are getting 1 star because of the parts person who was very helpful... beware! read more

Not too happy. Purchased a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard on 11/18/2025, and after pointing out the broken right front turn/marker light, broken left rear turn signal, missing seat bolt, and missing trim bolt, I was told they would all be replaced prior to the bike being delivered (recovering from shoulder surgery). Also saw they snuck in an $897.63 "freight" charge (again, used bike) that was more than 1/3 the listed price of the bike, on top of their usual "processing fee" of $599.95 for "costs and profit to the dealer for items such as unpacking, assembly, setup, inspection, cleaning, and adjusting the unit, and preparing documents related to the sale". Again, on a USED bike. But the final price was still acceptable, so I let it slide. Delivery was scheduled for the following day. Next day I get a call from service, saying the turn signals are delayed, and wanted to know if I wanted them to deliver the bike and I can return for install when they came in, or if I wanted them to delay delivery until everything was done. I said deliver when all was done (again, shoulder surgery), which was agreed to. I get a call the following day, saying all has been repaired, and the bike will be delivered the next day (11/21/25) around 4pm. At 3pm on the 21st, the driver calls and says he's on the way. 4pm arrives and the driver rolls up on time, rolls the bike off the trailer, and the first thing I notice is it doesn't look like it has front turn signals. They put slim plastic LED lights on a chrome cruiser. They took the front left light, flipped it, and used it for the left rear. Took out the ONE factory seat bolt and installed 2 random bolts, and didn't even bother with the trim bolt. I have no idea how to install the black plastic piece (but I can figure it out). I was willing to let the additional charges slide as long as everything was fixed like they said (was still a good price on a very low mileage bike), but they couldn't even do that right. A 4 pack of factory style replacement lights on Amazon is $20. What WAS 2 bolts would have been less than $10. They lost all service business they would have gotten from me, and I will NOT be returning to purchase my Goldwing in 3 years. At this point, I say avoid at all costs. read more

Absolutely the worst over the phone experience I have ever had with a manager in my 62 yrs. First I had gotten several quotes from different places for my new UTV and was trying not to drive so far to pick it up this horrible place they would match the price but need to see the quote on paper. So I got that sent it to them then the manager lady called me and gave there quote and it was still 500 more. There first quote they gave me was 3,850 more. She wanted a 1,000 deposit and the other 2 places only wanted 100 deposit. I told her to sent me the paperwork so I could look over and she said we don't do that. I then said you expected me to send you my quote but you won't send me yours. She said no and just told me to pay 1,000 deposit and basically trust her that that would be the amount when I pick it up. She then proceeded to trash all the other dealers and I told her I wouldn't buy from her or there company if they were 5,000 cheaper. By the way they have the worst reviews I have seen for any company. Do yourself a favor and call sport cycles in rockingham nc or crossroads UTV in Albemarle nc. I ended up buying from sport cycles but crossroads was great people also. Both places didn't trash their competitors and have great reviews not like this crappy place. read more

Last week I made the second bike purchase I've made from a RideNow location, this time in Concord, the prior being Rancho in Las Vegas. I had a lackluster experience at Rancho but am willing to give everyone a reasonable chance to make their own case. At this point I can confidently say I do *NOT* recommend any single RideNow location, but especially Concord. Not only is their communication abhorrent at best, they're happy to alter your deal after you signed, changing parts (in this case tires) without telling you and then tell you to, politely, pound sand because you didn't notice it before you left the dealer. Read on for more details. I made a trip from Atlanta to Concord to look at a used '23 VStrom 800DE on Friday, November 22. It had some obvious signs of use and 2600 miles, but it was in acceptable condition and was a reasonable deal. After viewing this unit online I opted to make the trip to ensure everything was in order in person. There were a few things that needed attention (missing case locks, scratches and dents in protective hardware), but overall the core of the machine was in great condition including tires. I made the decision to purchase the unit and signed the paperwork on Friday. Due to restrictions from my bank I was unable to release the funds until last week, so I made a plan to come back out on Tuesday (11/26) to provide the remaining funds and pickup the bike. Between Friday and Tuesday they had made the known and agreed adjustments to the bike which were limited to cleaning the cases and changing the oil. After making the trip on Tuesday I took ownership of the bike, had them reset the service reminder due to an incorrectly set clock (and inability to set it myself, thanks Suzuki) and loaded the bike up on a trailer and took it home. Upon arriving at home I noticed that they had *also* changed the rear tire on the bike, without not a single mention to me verbally, in writing, in person nor on the phone. Normally I would not be concerned with a tire replacement, however RideNow effectively neutered the unit in the meantime. This bike comes with a Dunlop Mixtour in 150/70R17 69H size stock on the rear, a perfectly acceptable dual sport tire for the VStrom. However, RideNow decided that instead a sportbike Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300 in 150/60R17 66H is an acceptable replacement for this bike. Not only is this tire ~5% smaller than stock (and what was installed upon signing), but it's also load rated ~100lbs less and is a sportbike street tire instead of a dual sport tire. Upon talking to RideNow, their stance is that this bike had an active recall and they couldn't sell it without replacing the tire and this tire "meets industry standards for safety for this bike" and as such it was a valid replacement tire. The recall paperwork from Suzuki calls for a direct replacement to fulfill the recall, not a random off-the-shelf tire that doesn't match factory. Again, no communication whatsoever, altering the deal we made when I signed the paperwork for what the bike had installed upon signing. They are unwilling to make this right (I'm even willing to drive ~1hr one-way to a local RideNow dealer for them to change the tire on their own dime or just do it myself and invoice them) and have told me that this isn't their issue because it's a used bike. The stance of this dealer that signed deal paperwork means nothing is a *poor* business model and I can't say that I would recommend them to anyone. If they're unwilling to make good a *tire* they placed improperly, who knows what else they're doing without you knowing. In short, buyer beware, RideNow doesn't honor their signed deal contracts and doesn't care about their customers. If you do use them be sure to be *very* careful of all the specifics of anything and everything they touch (and even don't touch). read more

This is a power-sports, motorcycle dealership plus they have service and state inspection available. If you love motorcycles, this place will definitely be one of your favorites. The sales team and the service team is A1. Very knowledgeable and supportive to what you want rather than whats their target of sales for the month. I went for state inspection and ended up buying a helmet as they have a sweet collection of all dirt bike needs plus some street wear. The prices are amazing. I got the helmet same price as online whereas I saved the hassle of worrying if the size would fit. And plus i was amazed i saw some riding shoes for 50$. I mean good quality riding shoes. They have all sort of deals and discounts here. So definitely recommend this place for all your motorcycle needs as you might find items cheaper here compare to other places. read more

I wasn't crazy about the color but I didn't want to wait and was willing to live with the color to get it that day. I walked out, went to another dealership and purchased a Ninja 650 for a few grand less out the door than what he quoted me for a Ninja 400. Worst ever experience purchasing a vehicle. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to this dealership. Despite the dealership being over two hours from where we live, I reached out to them after seeing a reduced price on their website for a Polaris General I was interested in. I contacted them by phone and was told that was the price. Drove over two hours only to find out there was an additional $5,000 of cost (freight, prep, set up, dealer fees, etc). After two hours of sitting in the dealership trying to negotiate a price, we settled on a different model of the General. Then came the pressure to buy various services and extended warranties, a process that seemed to drag on forever. Additionally, the unit we settled on needed a windshield and roof installed. After sitting in the dealership for over three hours and settling on a final price, we were told by our salesman that the roof and windshield would be installed the next day and it would be ready to be picked up. I called the next day to be sure it was ready to be picked up only to be told that the roof and windshield had to be ordered. A week and a half later, I received a text from the dealership stating that the unit would be ready that afternoon. I texted our salesman to let him know we would be down a day later to pick up the side by side. He responded with a thumbs up emoji. After another two hour drive, we arrived at the dealership and were told the unit was not ready. The incorrect roof and windshield had been sent, and it would be another week or so before the unit was ready. After demanding a full refund, I was told by the service manager that they could take the roof and windshield off of another unit they had at the dealership and install it on mine. When the unit was finally ready, I was given one key. I had to ask for the additional key, the owner's manual and the manufacturer's certificate of origin. Two hours later we left the dealership with the Polaris with the roof and windshield installed, and we won't be back again... no matter what the advertised price they have for any of their vehicles. Given the reviews I have read, this seems to be a fairly standard practice at this dealership. read more

Originally I was quite impressed with the customer service. I called to inquire about a Side by Side listed on their website for $15,995. After talking to the sales person, I asked for an "out the door" price for this unit (tax, title, license, fees, etc). I was SHOCKED when the salesperson told me the price. They quoted me $25,995 for a 2023 unit that was listed on their website for $15K. Taxes, Title, and License for this unit is not more than $1,760 (Based on 10% taxes), so $8,236.00 are "hidden fees"? RideNow please be more upfront and advertise accurate pricing instead of hiding over 1/3 of the total price in "hidden fees". BTW, the most expensive competitor I've seen only charges $4,200 in hidden fees, (Dealer setup, destination/freight etc.) so I'm wondering what the additional $4K is for. read more

Bought new Kawasaki Mule SX in April. Has never cranked and run to Date. Machine has been in shop for over 2 months. Have asked for my money back from dealer and manufacture but refused by both. I'm a disabled Navy Vet and don't even rate a call from the Ridenow manager. I suggest no Vet waste their money at Ridenow in Concord NC. And do not buy a Kawasaki product anywhere. read more

i'd never recommend anyone coming here, this shouldn't even be the last place to ever get a bike from. bought this GSXR and didn't even have it for a week. bought it on the june 24th and returned it june 29th. imagine buying a bike and not even allowed to test ride it and being told they were doing on inspection on it which last Hours, and being told that they everything was in good condition and that there was nothing wrong just the have the fairings fly off an hour down the road after leaving this hell hole. management said they would "fix it" which i had no problem having them do it just to find out that there were more issues with the bike. took it to my shop to have it inspected and found that the tank wasn't fully seated, the harness cut up, missing connectors, and a damaged ignition switch. had me waiting for hours just to tell me the bike was fine when clearly it wasn't. NO WONDER THEY DIDNT LET ME TEST RIDE IT FIRST CAUSE CLEARLY THEY HAD SOMETHING TO HIDE. how do you not "SEE" those issues during the inspection and still print me out a paper saying everything they did and checked marking everything good. when i finally brought it back they told me that I'm going to be losing money selling it back to them and then offered to fix everything. i told the sales guy "how do you expect me to trust you guys when y'all lied to me in the first place saying that everything was fine" and then he said "you'd be losing even more money if you were returning a new bike" i told the guy that "a new bike wouldn't have any problems" and then he told me he couldn't buy it back for the same amount of money i spent and told me the reason why was because "he has to spend money to fix the bike" then i said "IT SHOULD'VE BEEN FIXED BEFORE YOU EVEN SOLD IT TO ME" made me spend and lose money for absolutely nothing. i'd never recommend anyone ever coming here. this place a complete joke. i understand for a 20 year old bike there's gonna be issues, but how are you going to lie and say everything is fine. when i first brought up the issues they tried to blame it on age. yeh right, of course a 20 year old bike is gonna lose part of the harness cause of age.
