Charged me over $400 for new rear tire, brakes and labor, but installed spacers improperly on my bike. I would NEVER recommend this shop.

If you have a Harley you would a FOOL to get work done on it at a Harley dealership! I recently had my 2019 Harley Street Glide serviced (1000 mile service) at FM CYCLE. Mike is a great guy and really cares about the motorcycle community. He is a fair guy with awesome prices. Try him and I guarantee you will never go back to a Harley dealership again!

A Terrible and Deeply Disappointing Experience…read more I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I feel a responsibility to share what happened to us. What Rafael and Felipe did was absolutely terrible! I brought my son's electric bike, worth approximately $2,400, in for repairs. After three months of waiting, we found out that they had thrown it away without even contacting us. An unbelievable level of irresponsibility! But what hurt the most was seeing my son lose the excitement of enjoying his bike during the summer. I considered taking legal action, but ultimately decided to avoid the time and emotional stress involved. Today, every time we pass by that store, we feel the sadness of having lost not just a bicycle, but also special moments that we will never be able to get back. My recommendation is very clear: Be extremely careful before leaving any bicycle at this establishment. After our experience, we have completely lost our trust in them.

I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

I texted that number on Saturday and received no response. A few days later, Cody called and explained that the mechanic had been sick since Saturday. He said he would try to fit me into his own schedule, and we discussed a time that would likely work for both of us. However, before ending the call, Cody asked me to modify or delete my review. I told him that once someone actually came out and looked at the bike, I would have no problem updating the review to reflect that. At that point, he accused me of "blackmailing" the company with my review. To be clear, I never brought up the review during the call--he did. I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I can overlook mistakes and scheduling issues, but I cannot overlook poor communication and being treated disrespectfully as a customer UPDATE: After I left my original review, I was contacted almost immediately. I can't say whether it was bad to begin with or not, but he could not either and didn't even look into it for a week and a half. When he sent me links for parts I needed and the parts were for the wrong model Yamaha, I realized he knows nothing.
