This is the place that you want to get your motorcycle done at great reasonable time and fair pricing Thank you and your team again for helping me get back on the road!

Took six months for them to even drop the motor on the one with the misfire. We are not almost a year. I still have neither Bike back. I told them to stop work on the bad motor and I'm gonna pour that out. reached out multiple times having that request updates and totals and never get that either. I always get the runaround or something about. (Screen shots have time line and messages to corroborate)They're waiting for a part or a harness or something. I'm sorry, but it doesn't take almost a year let alone absolutely no communication whatsoever. I've never had to call a shop and beg for updates and totals. I truly did not want to write a bad review. I really didn't, but this has gotten so absurd to the point that I ended up having to buy a third motorcycle so I had something to ride in the meantime bc this shop, has just dragged there feet the entire time with both bikes. Have attached screenshots of my conversations with the owner. And a timeline of how things played out. Completely unacceptable way to run a shop or treat customers , mind you I have been beyond patient and understand with delays and normal stuff. Zero communication, better off finding a diff shop that actually . Last message from the owner" ask soon as I get back I'll give you an update" that was Jan 10th .......

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. The other 1 star reviews are astoundingly true... I wish I saw those…read morebefore I went. The $1400 motorcycle I bought from the manager Rob literally broke down within hours. I knew I wasn't buying a great bike, but I figured it'd work for at least a year. It didn't even last the first afternoon. It is now a month later, the bike won't run, and the manager is intentionally running out the clock on the warranty. The warranty and verbal agreements we made were the primary reason I bought the bike from his shop. When the bike broke down that first day, the manager brought his van over to pick it up and fix it. But after weeks in his store, I came back to find that the "repairs" he did damaged the bike even worse than when I first had it. It wouldn't even start. He tried to blame me for burning out the battery by starting the bike with the kill switch on - something I know I didn't do. I then watched him jam the ignition with the kill switch on over and over until he realized he was doing exactly what he accused me of. He looked embarrassed but still took no responsibility. The other "repairs" he did permanently damaged the bike cosmetically and caused a fluid leak. This man is not a professional. I have been courteous and communicative throughout this process giving him the benefit of the doubt at every step. Instead, he responds once every few days with short rude responses. Now I'm realizing I've been scammed. These people do other shady business practices like going by different business names and attempting to falsely discredit bad reviews or posting false positive reviews. Check Yelp for Normandy Scooters. They also just goes by the name "scooters" now. A1A is another name for the same store. They also sell their junk on letgo and craiglist as well. Do not - and I cannot stress this enough - purchase anything from this fraudulent business.

The first thing I thought after taking off on the motorcycle was he never test road it. Not only did the bike hesitate it's air intake from the exhaust was like fire crackers. $2500 in parts and labor the following day my bike doesn't start and my battery is dead, so after I bring it back to my mechanic he says he will trickle charge it and run tests to see if the charging system is failing. So not only does he tell me that I must've left the motorcycle on and the battery is dead. So after 2 months of having my MC he puts a new battery in and don't check the charging system. so I asked the mechanic for his multi meter reading and yet have gotten the video . So I'm going to put this brand new battery . Which I just bought from my over compensated mechanic. Walah it starts right up. So I drive it to work, then beach side. Total of about 2 hrs. The next day I took a ride low and behold it dies. So I get it home. Order regulator, rectifier and stator. The parts cost me $60. Time 3 hrs to change them and it runs great. The mechanic wanted another $700 after I paid him $2600.

I don't care…read morehow good you think your past motorcycle guy was or how good your buddy's friend is or your cousin or whatever.. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS JERRY AT SYNDICATE CYCLES!!! I assure you of that. I've been through several motorcycles over the last decade and have dealt with numerous shops in South FL including Harley dealerships and I can tell you with 100% certainty there is absolutely NO other place I'd take my bike in the future after my experience with Jerry! Jerry is a great dude and is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in his work. He does things the right way and does not cut corners! He's extremely meticulous and genuinely CARES how the work comes out unlike most shops who just rush your bike in and out to get the next bike in. He will take his time with you to explain what he needs to do and why, or even give you a rundown on how a certain install works etc. He's also a straight shooter and will advise you truthfully on what's necessary and what's not. I learned so much in my brief time with him in the shop!! I got new handlebars (apes) new wiring, foot peg extenders, a full speaker system, and several other things completed on my bike my first visit. Jerry texted me progress pictures throughout the process and kept me up to date on where he was at which I greatly appreciated!! He even took my bike for a thorough test ride to make sure everything was perfect before I came to pick it up! He's extremely resourceful with getting parts as well. He has most parts delivered to his shop the NEXT DAY if he doesn't have it in stock already. He's also very reasonable and fair with pricing unlike Harley who charges $139 an hour to have 20 year old kids work on your bike!! No thanks!!!!! But seriously, quit googling local bike shops. Call Jerry and get your bike in!! I'll be recommending every biker buddy I have to Jerry in the future. And no, I'm not a family member or personal friend writing this review. This is a real experience from a real customer. This is my 98' Fatboy that Jerry did all that work on for me. Pictured below at the Seminole truck stop off of US-27 shortly after getting my bike from the shop!!! Also added one of the progress photos he sent me. Anyways hope this helps someone out there who's struggling to find a shop they can trust! Syndicate Cycles A+++ Thanks again man! John, the owner of Devil Dog Motorcycle Repairs, is bar none, the most decent, straightforward, dedicated, disciplined, fair, honest, and trustworthy motorcycle mechanic you will find in S. Florida! After the only honest motorcycle repair shop in Broward County moved to South Carolina, I struggled profusely to find another. The rave Google reviews for Devil Dog Motorcycle Repairs prompted my decision to bring my 2005 Yamaha Virago XV250 and my 2004 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 to him. As a former military veteran, John provided a highly-detailed overview of how he conducts business. He let me know he would keep me in the loop from start to finish. He let me know his rate, which was fair, and he had no up front diagnostic charge [speaking from experiences, avoid any shop that requires that]. He also stated he would not order any parts without approval. By keeping me in the loop, he meant with crisp, clear photos. As well as clear, concise texts regarding how he was coming along. These are things most shop owners do not do. Once all repairs were complete, he provided a text image of my bill. Upon arrival for pickup, he provided a full printed report [I kid you not] of the work he did, how long he did it, and what it cost. Try finding a shop owner who or a shop that will do that! John also provides his professional advice and recommendations not only about your motorcycle, but the motorcycle lifestyle too. For example, he told me the universal, unspoken way for distressed motorcycle riders to let drivers and riders know they are having bike trouble. One last thing, I informed John I had a deadline to meet because I was gifting my Sportster to a nephew coming all the way from San Antonio, TX for 4th of July week. He already has my 2000 Suzuki GSX-R750. Soon he will be just like me, one standard bike and one sport bike. John knocked the deadline out of the ballpark! Grand Slam Home Run!!! Sir, thank you for your service. My mother's side of the family has a long history of military service. You have my respect! I salute you! May your business continue to serve all those who need it.
