When we asked if we can choose our scooter, the staff responded that they would choose one for us, and they gave us the worst one. So there is no choice at all. The person working there is quite arogant and when we asked a few questions he started raising his voice.

I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

I got a quote from Harley of 600 dollars, Mike did it for 200 dollars, I had asked Mike to do a few extra small things to my bike and he ended up charging me 40 more bucks. The best thing about Miami cycles is that I found a great mechanic that charges reasonable prices for the work he does, I will only let Mike look at my bike moving forward.
