My car came back with several additional items, broken or bolt loosened, etc. They charged me. Three hours for 30 minutes worth of work and didn't realize that I could see how long they worked on it by the timestamp on the pictures they sent me. Terrible business.

I saw that they were busy and the stalls were full. I wondered if they were too busy to help me. But Augustin, the manager, listened to me, saw my angst, and called over Cesar, who was very helpful. My car was up on the lift in 20 minutes. I went over to look under the car also. Cesar and another mechanic soon found the problem and fixed it. I was so grateful that it wasn't anything major and was fixable on the spot. Thank you, gentlemen. You are still the best in car repair! I really appreciate you!
