Will always leave the place cleaner than it was when you moved in.

We trust them and even have them clean when we are not home. They are pleasant and easy to work with. We have our home cleaned once a week and it is general cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning wood and marble floors and the kitchen. Just to be clear, we do not have them do windows, laundry, change beds, clean out the refrigerator, clean patios or extras like that. I'm sure some of those tasks could be negotiated, but we don't need those. We can confidently recommend their cleaning services and hope you are as pleased as we are.

I've used OCD Cleaners on a biweekly basis for about seven months and unfortunately, can't…read morerecommend them. Communication is poor. Crews arrive within a one-hour window with no ETA update, which is difficult when you have pets that need to be put away. Messages to managers and the owner, Marissa, regularly went unanswered. The crew constantly changes. Because there's no consistent team, the quality of cleaning is inconsistent - areas that get attention one visit are missed the next. Billing transparency is a problem. My most recent invoice was about $50 higher than my usual rate because I'd skipped a prior biweekly service (my regular crew wasn't available that week). No one mentioned the surcharge in advance - the invoice arrived after the cleaning was complete, and I had to reach out to ask why. That should be communicated up front. My biggest concern is how the owner, Marissa, handles problems. When a crew member has caused minor damage to a wall or appliance, her default is to route it through her insurance rather than address it directly with her team. I wasn't looking for a claim - I was asking for a constructive conversation with the crew so it wouldn't happen again. That's a basic expectation of any service business. There are plenty of cleaning services in the area with clearer communication and more consistent teams. I'd look elsewhere.
