Combo meal pepper steak and it comes with fries!
    Mike L.

Great Puerto Rican Chinese place. I got the pepper steak and fried rice. I didn't try any of the more PR thing like tostones. It also came with fries which was surprising. The fried rice was good and came with shrimp. Would definitely go back.

Staff is dry and not very helpful! A simple spot that is supposed to have an Asian/ Puerto Rican flare. Inside the place feels Puerto Rican, but the overall presentation of food and menu selection is full pledge Chinese. We didn't find the food good quality. Chicken is chewy! The best thing was the rice, which I can get in any Chinese restaurant. Dumplings- not good! Fried Chicken tasted tripled fried and breading was a little gross. General Chicken tastes frozen! Fries tasted frozen and tasteless! I won't be back.

General Tso's chicken! One of my new favorite Chinese food meals thanks to this place.

Top tier and may even put it amongst my top 5 Chinese restaurants of all time. This place offers Chinese food, mostly Puerto Rican style that include fries/tostones, both being savory sides that bolster the experience. The only reason I have to give it a 4 out of 5 is for the wait to get the food every time I go here. Between ordering and getting my food I've had to wait 30+ minutes every time so it's something I have to consider before coming here. I don't really let this deter me though, as the food is amongst the closest I can find like back home in Puerto Rico, would recommend this place to anyone itching for some good Chinese food!

I always pass by Rico Chino to and from the Orlando Airport and finally decided to stop! I've never tried Chinese-Puerto Rican food before so I made it a point to try here. I ordered the fried chicken and fries, and it came with shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice was AMAZING! But everything else was good! I'd go again but maybe order something else.

Ordered carryout. Only ordered shrimp fried rice and French fries. I was pleasantly surprised by flavor of rice, although a tadd bit salty and dry, still enjoyed it. What I had was good enough though that I'd visit again and try some other things!

I ordered carryout a couple times before and it was always good. It's a small Chinese-Puerto Rican restaurant that's 10 mins away from the airport. The first time I did takeout here, it was delicious! Everything was on point and quickly became my to-go takeout place. My favorite is the calamari and fried rice. It's flavorful and I could eat it all day. Sometimes, it is salty but that's every fried rice. Recently, I felt like the experience/food hasn't been the same. I was disappointed in the calamari portion. Normally, we would get a lot more but this time we got like 8 pieces. Felt like someone had a snack on the calamari before giving it to us. We tried calling back but was put on hold and then hung up on. I would probably try this place one more time before calling it quits.

A small spot where you can dine in, take out. It definitely gives you Chinese food in Puerto Rico taste and vibes. The next time I crave. Hi see food I'm coming here. The service was quick and efficient.

This used to be a Chinese take out place but now it's a Puerto Rican Chinese. We wanted to try this place as we have always been curious about the difference between Chinese and Puerto Rican Chinese food. Obviously there is a difference as you can tell by the different cultures ... but I feel like the Chinese takeouts here in Florida have some Spanish flair to them as there are not many Chinese people here. Looking at the menu.. yes they have your typical Chinese favorites from fried rice, orange chicken, etc. You name it they got it. They even have hibachi meal combos and yes their signature fried chicken which I did NOT enjoy. We went with the beef hibachi that came with fried rice which was delicious ..and to be quite honest, tasted better than any other hibachi place I've been too. I was pleasantly surprised by that. We ordered the walnut shrimp meal that came with a side of vegetables soup. Walnut shrimp was decent but was missing the honey--- it just tasted like shrimp with a dollop of Mayo on top. The side vegetable soup was good-- the clear broth made the soup look appealing and the veggies were fresh. I know this place prides their fried chicken which you can order as a side or by the dozens. It just wasn't my favorite on the menu. It didn't taste fresh like it had been fried in recycled oil. And it was too greasy for my liking.

Me entregaron arroz que sabe y huele a humo. Trato de llamar para decirle y ni trabaja el teléfono. Horrible! Lo único que fue decente es la papitas y eso me imagino viene frezado.

"Lo mein" Tastes and feels like top ramen, lost my appetite

Got a meal for me and my brother amounting to $26 and I'm still hungry. Why do you call it "lo mein" when you serve up a plate full of Top Ramen imitating what I actually wanted? Obviously it's Disgusting and as a result couldn't finish the meal. Just close this is embarrassing for Puerto Ricans and Chinese people! I have never left a review on a restaurant in my life, I promise this isn't just hate.

The way to find out if a Chinese restaurant has good food starts with how well they do fried rice, IMHO. I've had Puerto Rican Chinese food before and it was an amazing experience. It was Puerto Chino in Sanford, next to Flea World. It was Chinese Puerto Ricans cooking so they had a sense of Chinese flavors in all their dishes. Unfortunately, I didn't see Chinese cooks so the fried rice lacked Asian flavors. Also, the top of the fried rice container had 3 strategically placed shrimps. Once you go through them, that will be the last of the shrimp you'll see as you continue to eat.

I wasn't a fan of the food. And the menu didn't mention the rice had shrimp in it. The fries were soggy. I will not order from here again.

When you walk up to the truck you are greeted by the friendly workers who advise you to place your order on the screen and if you need assistance they are more than happy to help. Once your order is placed they will send you a text message when it's ready. They do have a little canopy area with tables and seating, but it's so hot to be outside I opted to wait and eat in my car. We waited about 30 minutes before receiving our food and once we received it you could tell everything was freshly made. We ordered a combo that came with 2 pinchos, 2 pieces of bread, 2 orders of loaded fries,2 mofongo balls. And 2 drinks. The pincho meat is big meaty chunks and well seasoned. These were some of the biggest pinchos I've found in Orlando and the price was really reasonable. The loaded fries were ok, just typical fries with bacon and cheese. These mofongo balls had good seasoning, they weren't dry at all, and the perfect portion. The garlic bread was good as well and was soft. Overall everything was great! The seasoning on all the food was perfect, the portions were more than enough, and the prices extremely reasonable. The only negative I have to say is that it took long for us to receive the food but everything was freshly made and I appreciate all the hard work they do during the extremely hot fl summer.

I'll be transparent..we spent about $80 for the two of us, and it was absolutely worth it. I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed, and they truly delivered. We started with the fried cheese bites with guava sauce, and wow... what a perfect opener. The outside had this delicate crisp, the inside was warm and creamy, and the guava sauce added that perfect sweet‑salty balance without feeling heavy. It tasted like the kind of appetizer you savor slowly because you don't want it to end. It set the tone beautifully for the rest of the meal. My mom ordered the passion fruit juice, and the moment she took a sip, she looked at me like she'd been transported straight back to Puerto Rico. It was bright, refreshing, a little sour, and so full of flavor, not watered down, not overly sweet, just pure passion fruit goodness. It honestly made me nostalgic too, the way certain flavors can bring you home. For my entrée, I ordered the grilled chicken with a small mofongo on the side, and it was incredible. The chicken was juicy and tender which is rare because most places overcook it and it had this beautiful herb flavor from the peppers and cilantro. You could taste the freshness in every bite. The mofongo was smooth, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned. I've had a lot of mofongo in my life, and this one is easily one of the top. It had that perfect balance of texture and flavor that makes you want to keep going back for another bite. My mom ordered the mofongo with shrimp, and the shrimp were huge, plump, and juicy ..not rubbery or overcooked. The sauce tied everything together so well, and every bite felt like a memory of being back on the island. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wait was long, but honestly, it was worth it. Our server was attentive without rushing us, checked in at the right moments, and let us enjoy our meal at our own pace. The whole experience felt intentional and warm. If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican flavors that make you feel at home, this place is it. I would definitely come back. And next time, I'm trying even more from their menu.
