Rick's is Honest and well stocked, I bought a charger kit for my Juul and they charged me 14.99 for it, bought the exact same one from another store and they charged me 30 dollars more for the same thing. I will NEVER go anywhere else. read more

Bought a cigar from shop to enjoy three hours later. Despite being bought from a humidor and the cigar being in its metal tube when I opened it. It was very dry. This shop is more of a place to buy beer and cigarettes not cigars. Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about cigars. This review is low as a review of a cigar shop. read more

I think they are family owned and operated but they are great people!! Rick and another guy stood there for at least 15 minutes and helped my husband pick out cigars. They asked to come back after he smoked the cigar to see if my husband enjoyed it. They really care about what they are selling. I don't smoke so I don't know what their prices are for cigarettes but I highly recommend going there for any of your tobacco needs! read more

was on vacation visiting a friend in Klamath Falls, and know prices for cigarettes here are much cheaper than where I live. I was searching for Camel Blue 99's for my wife, and the lady was VERY, very nice, and helpful, as well as everyone in line at this shop. Maybe that is why the place was busy? Next trip to Oregon, I will be visiting Rick's Smoke Shop in Klamath Falls! Great people! read more

not a smoker, having a baby soon and wanted to get cigars for the big day. i dont know a lot about cigars so they stood there with me for about 15 min and explained each one to me. immaculate customer service. i wish i did smoke regularly so i could bring more business to these great people. read more

Established in 1991.

In 1991, Rick opened our first location in downtown Klamath Falls. Since then, 2 more locations were added for your convenience. Store 1 is located at 600 Main Street, Store 2 is located at 2209 Madison Street, and Store 3 is located at 3009 Maywood Drive.

The ambiance is really cute and cozy -- lots of decor, lighting, and seating that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. Service was also quick and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered the Green Machine smoothie and a matcha, and both were really good and definitely a highlight of our visit. Where the experience fell a bit short for us was the food. While the presentation was great, the taste didn't quite match expectations. The breakfast tacos listed potatoes, but they ended up being more like tater tots, and the tortillas weren't warm -- my friend wasn't very fond of them. I ordered the #5 sandwich, which was described as being on jalapeño toast, but it came on regular toast instead, along with a pickle on the side. The sandwich itself was okay -- not bad, but something I could easily make at home. For the two drinks and two food items, we paid around $40, which felt a bit high considering the overall food experience. I can see why this place is well-loved by locals -- it fits the neighborhood vibe and likely appeals to the regular crowd -- but as visitors, the food didn't quite live up to the hype for us.
