This new location is the third for this "chain" and the newest site in Klamath Falls. Easy access off Hwy 97 not far from Klamath Lake. Parking in the rear. Clean, green theme, huge selection of products, modalities and paraphernalia. Convenient location for road trips. Sweet gal, Kaitlynn, helped me and offered suggestions for my sleep issues. She was polite, friendly and did her job including checking my idea, ensuring my ID was valid. I purchased two of the items she recommended, see photo, MEGA by grön blackberry. Wow prices are significantly lower in Oregon vs California plus there aren't all the BS taxes from my state. I made a follow up phone call to confirm the phone number and spoke to Troy. Also helpful and courteous. Told him I was adding the business to Yelp and would provide a great review including positive feedback for Kaitlynn. Many thanks for the help.

My advice to these people is as follows: GET A LIFE. Cannabis is LEGAL in Oregon, and my participation in the industry is my own personal choice. If you do not support cannabis and its myriad health, environmental, and economic benefits, feel free to stop stalking me, and maybe put all that energy toward your own life choices. I will not be bullied by anonymous gossip queens, stalkers, and haters. My choosing cannabis and supporting the industry is not a crime. The only crime here is that your life is so pathetic that you spend your valuable time making judgments on mine. You know, cannabis has a way of opening people's minds. Maybe YOU should smoke a bowl and get with the times. If you decide to transform yourself into someone who can relax and resist the urge to meddle in other people's lives, you might find High Lakes is a great place to get a good strain of cannabis to help you do so.

Once the CPAP device was received I was scheduled for an orientation with the respiratory therapist. My wife and I attended the orientation that I thought to be appropriate and satisfactory. In about 30-days I stopped by to pickup another mask cushion (F20) that I understood was available every 30-days, paid for by Medicare. At the counter I was told a new mask cushion was only available every 90-days, and they had none in stock anyway. A few days later the mask cushion was damaged by my dog, so I called asking if I could stop by an pick one up, even if I had to pay for it. They still had none in stock but the lady that answered the phone said she would send one to my home, and stated I was eligible for a mask every 30-days as I thought. Since that phone call a week has passed, and a new mask cushion has not been received but, Amazon is your friend. Suspecting the shipped items would be delayed, or not received at all, I ordered three mask cushions and a complete headgear set from Amazon, received in two days. Had I waited on the NORCO delivery, I would still not have use of my CPAP in over a week. Perhaps it will arrive later today. By way of comparison, the three mask cushions from Amazon cost about $46 for all three. NORCO advised one mask cushion would cost $55 if I had to pay for it, and if I understood her correctly. For these reasons I cannot recommend NORCO for CPAP services.

I was in need of some quick cash and decided to check out some local pawn shops to sell a few items. It was readily apparent just walking into the store that it was not the typical "pawn shop". The store was clean and spacious, unlike so many others. Their items were cleaned (very unusual in my experience), well organized, displayed nicely, and appeared to be of high quality. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Tyler from behind the counter. That counter displayed a number of items (knives, guns, and jewelry) which were also very nicely displayed and clearly marked. I explained what I had and how much I needed... and why (health issues). Tyler did some research while I perused the inventory. It all seemed to be in good condition and reasonably priced. When he finished, he showed me the results of his research on a large computer screen (also unusual in my experience) and offered me an incredibly fair price--much better than other pawn shops or Craigslist low-ballers--for my items. He clearly explained his margins and the process, and I was so comfortable with the agreement that I didn't even bother to dicker. Tyler was so straightforward and kind that it made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute pleasure. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes. Twenty easy, friendly, stress-free minutes. I'll definitely be visiting this store again... as a buyer or seller... having every confidence that I'll be treated professionally and fairly. And look forward to greeting their resident rescue pup and giving her a scratch or two. I can't recommend them highly enough. And yes I'm a real customer, not a paid poster.
