She was overly stern to us while explaining the painting process, I felt as if she were lecturing us and treating us like children. She also continued to offer us unsolicited advice throughout the time we were painting. I'm sure she felt she was being nice and helpful (I hope), but did not come across nicely. I am bummed that this was my first experience there because I enjoy painting pottery. Other than that, the prices were pretty fair, and the pickup process was simple enough. Many people did the most gorgeous trees with lights and bases. They also have the cutest reindeer, Santas, and sleighs too. Denelle and Jason are the sweetest talented couple and so helpful. I had painted a cute coffee mug with them before and it turned out great. Can't wait until my truck is fired to see how it turns out!!! I decided to organize a team building event for my co-workers at Blaze Ceramics last week and had…read morethe best time ever. The owners are so kind, helpful and fun. Because there were around 12 of us that went, we chose to rent their party room which was $30 for 2 hours. By having the party room, you are allowed to bring food and alcohol! It's super convenient that there is a dominos next door. There is a large variety of ceramic items to choose from: Dog bowls, tiles, piggy banks. animal figures, coffee mugs, plates etc. All of the items that I looked at ranged from $5-$30+ which is very reasonable. Once we picked and paid for our item, we were explained the process and got to painting. When you are done, you have to leave your item there to go through the firing process which can take a week. I highly recommend this business and I know I will be back! :)

I have found most (but not all) of their staff to be helpful and courteous. The corporate policy does, too often, exclude things in tiny print, and I find it intensely irritating when I'm not allowed to use a coupon I went for specifically. But that's not within control of the store's clerks. I'm really grateful for terrific sales and curbside pickup during our COVID social distancing. Have been sewing face masks and the new options are really helpful.
