I liked the layout of the store, the vibes were nice and inviting. I love the emphasis on supporting local artists! My experience would have been better with a different budtender, he was knowledgeable when differentiating between two products but was really serious and killed my mood. I don't expect over the top friendliness however this was an insanely cold transaction. My item clogs like crazy straight out the box. It does help with my pain which is exactly what i was looking for. It was at a decent price. I do not think i would come back to this location but it was still a cool experience to try out. read more

Emerald Triangle continues to be my primary and preferred Dispensary in Klamath Falls -- I've used no other Dispensary in 2025, and there's one reason. Excellent customer service. I want to single out Sam for a shoutout -- his product knowledge is exceptional, and he has no problem helping me find the perfect balance between medical and recreational, which can be a challenge. The reason why is that I have cancer, so my needs to consume cannabis are far different than most. Great place to drop by. I felt like a kid in a candy store here. The staff was very friendly and patient with my questions. I came in on a whim through town to see what the local selection was and it didn't disappoint. They had a lot to offer. I ended on a cartridge from their top shelf. The tinctures are amazing and I had the white label extracts and it was worth it! Ask for Keirnan. He will help you out. The tincture I bought was a select 1:1 and it was a bit oily but effective. I ended up with some Chookah cookies and Rude Boi for flower and oh my. The. chookah was 29% and the Rude Boi was 24% both were fabulous and sadly smoked before any good pics. Came to Emerald Triangle as a second dispensary stop while passing through Klamath Falls after being a bit disappointed in the first one I went to, and was very happy about the selection here, as well as the open floor plan and cleanliness of the space. Everything was merchandised well by category with clearly marked, easy to read pricing based on CBD-only, Medical, and Recreational prices side-by-side. I got some Karma Originals Dip Sticks (infused pre-rolls) that were so so tasty, super glad to have come across them. Highly recommended purchase! They also have clones for sale here. Was visiting Klamath falls, from Bay Area California. And found these guys on yelp. Made a pit stop and was I pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly. Can remember my tenders name but she was awesome San Jose descendant I remember. Great prices and some really awesome local Oregon products. I got NW KIND live resins all fuego. We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad. read more

These guys have terrible customer service, they were rude, they didn't fulfill a discount coupon I was given and the prices are terrible. Just all around a bad experience.
