I asked if I could get my money back or a replacement to something of equal value she said I can only exchange it for the other controller which was lesser value at 84$ as I was getting told this I was confused by why I'm losing so much money so I asked her why can't I get my money back she said you can either exchange it for the broken one or take your old controller and leave honestly I just took the controller and left but honestly am super upset after the terrible customer service after it all! She was chubby. She had black hair and she was in her 30s. She was white. She gave an attitude and it was very rude about the whole situation and she had no sympathy or kindness towards me and that makes me not want to come back again. She should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Anyway I just thought I'd let anyone know that invested in the warranty program with GameStop don't do it it's a scam!!!
