I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

I receive lots of packages and I don't always have the ability to pick them up right away. The store receives and stores my packages well. Under this new ownership, they have not ever lost any of my packages. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always remain pleasant and professional, even when I hand them a stack of slips for 14 packages. Malachi is the manager and he is exceptional. He knows me by name and sight, and his memory is great. Sometimes when I'm picking up packages, he will remember that another package just came in for me and will grab it instead of making me come back. At one point, he or another employee would gather my packages and have them waiting for me. The price of the mailbox is more than fair for what I get. Prices for other items trend on the higher side, but it's the price you pay for convenience. I've shipped packages here and the prices weren't much different than USPS. The lines at this store can be long at times, but the employees do their best to move through the lines quickly.
