But when I have an issue that I can't solve or diagnose, these guys will figure it out, then hand my truck back over and allow me to perform the repair. There are shops out there that will not do this, which is not right. They insist on doing the repair job and charging an astronomical labor fee, plus double what the OEM parts actually cost. Don's Auto will diagnose and then hand my vehicle back over to me as I prefer. I value this and will gladly return the business, also allowing them to handle the big jobs like timing belts. Ugh!

Made an arrangement to be followed and picked up so I wouldn't have to sit there all afternoon. While I was traveling I received the first text message reminding me of my appt. When I got there the guy asked me what I was there for. He finally found on his computer that I did have an appt. and told me that they could do part of the work but I would have to bring my car back because they didn't have the parts to do the brake job. Told him I want everything done at once. He went in the back to see if they have the parts and while I was sitting there I received another text message reminding me of my appt. He came back and said they didn't have the parts. No apology, didn't try to make it better, didn't seem to really care. I walked out. Classless!!
