The work was completed on my bumper and it looked okay. When I got home. I walked around my car and checked everything out. That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.

When I came to pick up my car, it had a broken windshield. They denied responsibility so I called their corporate office and they had an inspector look at the vehicle. They found a broken bolt on the skid plate that was rattling and fixed that, but denied my claim and refused to fix my windshield. So, in sum, I brought my car in with an unbroken windshield, left with a broken windshield and a rattling skid plate, which continues to rattle, despite their broken bolt "fix". I would steer well clear of this joint.

Classy. Oh, and then...after the dump was closed, a big, wet snowstorm dumped a huge amount of snow on the roof of the service department, causing the roof to cave in. Awesome. Nevertheless, this little two bay shop can and will handle all your repair and maintenance needs honestly and efficiently. They're friendly, local folks who are simply trying to live the American dream of owning a business...and doing one helluva good job. One of my two cars is a '99 Toyota. I bring it to this establishment for work and they've never let me down. You cannot go wrong with this joint, and I give it my highest recommendation. Need work done? Go here. Even my parents go here when they don't take their cars to the dealership, and my parents are hard to please. Farm Car Care is always the cheapest in town. And just because they have the lowest prices doesn't mean the quality is cheap. They've been working on my cars for over ten years and I've never had a problem. In fact the last time I went there, I thought I needed new valve stems for my tires and Mike straight up told me mine were good. He totally could have sold me a part I didn't need, but he was honest!
