(Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!
