I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

The breading was perfectly crunchy, the chicken was juicy, and the sides were great... especially the baked beans, which were a standout. The second night, I went with the patty melt and fries. Both were delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. I usually have stomach issues when I eat patty melts, but I had no problems at all here, which says a lot about the quality of the food. On top of that, the staff was outstanding. We came in with a very large party, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
