Extremely disappointed with both the grooming experience and how my concerns were handled…read moreafterward. I brought my dog here for grooming, and when she was returned to me, I was very concerned about her condition. There were visibly irritated areas around her face/eye and other areas that concerned me. I contacted the business directly and sent photos because I wanted to give them an opportunity to explain what happened before posting a review. I was told my dog had been matted and had eye discharge, that a spot had been missed in her armpit, and that her ear hair had been plucked. The owner then sent me surveillance footage, asked me to confirm that the dog in the footage was mine, and told me he would review the video, sound, and phone calls from the grooming room. I confirmed it was my dog. After that, I heard nothing. More than a week passed with no phone call, explanation, or follow-up. I finally contacted the owner again and explained that because I never received the promised follow-up, I would not be returning and would be leaving a review about my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns or explaining what he found after reviewing the footage, his response was: "I have video and sound of your phone call, we can involve attorneys if you'd like." I found that response extremely disappointing. I wasn't asking for an argument or threatening anyone. I was a customer asking what happened with my dog and waiting for the follow-up I had been told I would receive. As a pet owner, I expect a groomer to communicate with me if there is an issue with my dog and to take my concerns seriously when I notice something afterward. I gave this business an opportunity to investigate and respond directly before posting anything publicly. Unfortunately, I still never received an explanation of what their review of the footage showed. Based on my personal experience, the condition in which my dog was returned to me, the lack of follow-up, and the response I received when I finally followed up myself, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. I have retained the photographs, text messages, and other documentation related to my experience.

I just got back from a hike and noticed because there are chunks of mud all stuck to the hair in his paws. Her response was unprofessional she asked for me to check sooner after his groom next time because it's inconvenient for her. I didn't check his paw pads immediately after the groom because for $140 cash with tip I was not thinking I needed to. Not to mention his legs were left sloppy with long hairs, his body is uneven, he had dreads behind his ears and she cut him on his little flap part where the back leg connects to the body. She claimed his cut must have been from the hike today but it wasn't because the cut showed up immediately after his groom with Kenzie. Just so sloppy and careless seemed like they rushed it. His fur didn't even seem that clean when I picked him up. I do a better job at home then the work they do and for reno prices it's very expensive. I am very disappointed that I will have to fix him myself now at home. I used to groom dogs on the side and I would have never left a clients dog like Kenzie did.

I have a samoyed pup who I've had people messed up before. So I'm pretty leery when people tell me they can groom her no problem. I called and talked to Carolyn, she was super sweet, but I knew not to judge till I got my fluffy marshmallow back from the appointment. I dropped her off, ran around town for about 4 hours, and I swear my baby had never looked so pretty. She seriously looked like she was getting ready for an Instagram photo shoot, which of course I did lol. Price for what I got was great. I definitely recommend these guys, and Carolyn is my pups new best friend. I'll definitely be coming back.
