I was told that they do pretty much all the dogs in Silver Springs, and some people come from as far as Eureka (I am guessing Eureka, NV, which is still a 3 hour trip!) to have their dogs groomed here. I instantly felt like my little boy would be in good hands. My dog seemed very happy and excited when I went to get him. They do not accept credit cards, so be prepared to pay by check or cash. He looked/looks beautiful and they did exactly what I asked with him. Considering just how many people in Fernley bring their dogs here, I have no doubt that they are amazing and genuine people who just want the best for the dogs. I have no idea what the other reviews are on about. I went to G+ because these ones didn't come up on Google originally, but I thought I would leave a review here too. Anyway.

Britt has been absolutely wonderful with our fur babies. She takes great care of them, and we truly appreciate the love, patience, and care she puts into what she does. From the bath, blow-dry, anal glands, ears and nails to their cuts, she takes care of everything -- and her prices are very reasonable for all that she provides. After three years of coming here, we've always been happy with the way our doggos look and feel when they come home. I only wish I had remembered to take before-and-after pictures because they always come out looking so fresh and clean! It's not just about getting them groomed -- it's knowing they're being cared for by someone we trust. That means a lot to us. She answers any questions, is personable and compassionate with pets. I highly recommend her and we thank her from ARGONN, the Animal Rescue Group of Northern Nevada for her generous gift certificate for our spaghetti dinner fund raiser June 6 th. Also, she takes accurate records of what treatment is used on your dog, the date of services rendered, the dogs medical history, makes notes of any skin lesions, growths, warts , and who their veterinarian is for any emergencies. As a doctor myself , I appreciated her record keeping l, thouoghness, and concern for my dogs and other clients dogs . She also never leaves them on the table unattended and allows you to stay if you live a distance .

She does an amazing job on all of them. The coats vary in length and style and I have never had a problem with the work or style of the the grooming. I have been with this vet for over a year and it has been full of stress and uncertainty. I have…read morethree cats. Two need veterinary attention more often. One has seizures and needs medication twice daily. The other one has a food allergy. In the year that I have been with Remsen, my seizure cat has missed her needed medication multiple times due to the clinic not filling on time. They say that you can text them to refill the prescription but 9 times out of 10 they don't answer. My cat had been seizure free for 6 months and is now having them again because of medication missing. I give them a week before my current bottle runs out to fill it and they have screwed that up more times than is forgivable. I asked for an ultrasound for my cat that has a food allergy because it was suspected ibs. IBS is ONLY diagnosed with ultrasound. I was told that the ultrasound wasn't necessary. When I said I think it's a food allergy, Remsen told me that it would be a long process to rule out an allergy so it wasn't necessary to put my cat through it since she just figured it was ibs. I took my cat in four times in two months because of how her stomach looked and I was repeatedly brushed off. Remsen came in the room on the last visit and said "I looked at all the notes from the previous visits and I saw that it's been the same concern each time". She knew exactly what my concern was yet still decided to brush me off and prescribe medication for a condition my cat did not have. I had to take it upon myself to change my cats food for the fourth time without veterinary input. Turns out I was right and it was an allergy to chicken and my cat is now thriving again. The complete and utter lack of respect for the owner that knows their pet and is with them every day is crazy. If your animal actually needs things, do not go to this vet.
