So we drove an hour there only to find a few hundred trees that were really small or not filled in nicely. They had a secondary barn were there were pre-cut trees shipped in that ranged in-between $80 and $200. We bought a tree that with tax was $120. They offered tea and hot chocolate BUT you had to pay for it. The workers there will place your tree on your car, but will not help you tie it up. Not a good experience for me and we won't be returning. Update!!!!! Tons of needles are already falling off the tree after only a week and we've been watering the tree twice a day. So upset!!!

November 2025 our neighbor was getting a tree removed from their backyard and MS Tree Service…read more asked if they could use our driveway to make getting the tree out easier. Trying to be good neighbors and friends we said yes. However, MS Tree Service did not lay down any plywood or anything that would help protect the driveway. MS Tree Service parked their heavy equipment on our driveway, cracking it and leaving tire marks and proceeded to leave without informing us of any damage they caused. We found the damage and attempted to contact MS Tree Service and there was no response, we tried reaching to them multiple times over 2 months and no luck. We then found out at city hall, MS Tree Service didn't even have a permit to work in the city when they took  neighbors tree down. We filed a police report and contacted the BBB. After taking these steps the BBB was able to make contact with MS Tree Service. They finally reached out to us and informed us they needed us to get a quote and pay out of pocket for the damages, and they would reimburse us. We did not believe this because of the lack of honesty and leaving without telling us about the damaged they caused the first time. After going back and fourth trying to get down payment money from them in order to book someone to do the repairs, and they just kept saying "you pay for it and we will then write you a check" we have stopped all contact with MS Tree Service. We are now using our insurance to get the repairs done due to lack of action from the company. Our insurance company will be pursuing legal action in order to recover our money. 0 out of 10 stars. Do not recommend. All of this for trying to be good neighbors and help out a friend.

One guy working, the other guy standing there watching him. They ground the big one and then the small one. No raking to see if they got it all. My husband checked one of them and found a big piece he missed. He came back and got that one. Going forward 3 weeks we our getting the wood chips removed, our yard evened out and grass planted and boom...their machine hits a big part of stump hidden under all the wood chips..then they find 3 more that are not ground down under soil. My husband calls the owner( Greg) and he changed his number?? I looked it up and found another number, he answers and says I'll have the guy out today or tomorrow....that was Saturday....no guy..Sunday...no guy, then he texts Monday and says he would come that day..again..no guy...it is now Tuesday and he isn't answering his phone. Didn't get what we payed for and apparently he doesn't want to make it right. NOW we are having to pay for someone else to come grind the pieces for us... Not only were they the most reasonable by hundreds of dollars while still including hauling everything away, but they also were clearly experienced with the right equipment on hand.
