I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

I showed up at 9:00 AM as we had discussed, only to then be told that my car needed to be calibrated and was not ready. When I questioned this, Marlene went back and forth with me and insisted that she never said it was okay for me to come at 9:00 AM. She even denied the conversation in front of another customer. I found this incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If there was a calibration that still needed to be completed, I should have simply been informed when I called rather than being told it was okay to come pick up my car and then being made to feel like I was wrong for showing up when I said I would. I did speak with the manager, Vernie, who actually listened to my concerns and apologized on behalf of the center. I appreciated him taking the time to hear me out. My advice: If you end up working with Marlene, I would recommend asking for a different advisor. Leased vehicles generally require original parts (OEM) and have to be repaired to a certain standard. That's when I found SSR Autobody through Yelp. Not only do they work on luxury vehicles, they work on standard vehicles as well. In my experience with accident cases, I knew that 90% of the time, most vehicles will never be ready on the estimated timeframe. This could be due to a vehicle teardown, extent of damages, ordering parts, or even lack of response from insurance. Therefore, I did not expect it to be ready within 2 weeks. Although it took a month, the vehicle was repaired as good as new, and with OEM parts. Jenny was always responsive with me at all times. Keep in mind she's the messenger, not the repair technician! At the end, it was all worth the wait. They did an excellent job!
