There are definitely reasons Rick keeps getting 5 star ratings here. He is responsive, professional, reasonably priced and understanding. A family member of mine is now housebound and we needed a quit claim deed notarized. I called Rick on a Friday afternoon and he came out Saturday morning. He was punctual and extremely pleasant. Rather than making the person get out of bed Rick came back into the bedroom and allowed the patient to stay in bed. Rick had to work around him to get a signature and thumbprint but kept saying how it was alright. In this crazy world there are still some really great people around you can count on. Rick is one of those. read more

Great personality, knowledgeable, simply a pleasure to work with. We had a challenge finding a notary on short notice and Rick came through with a smile and helped us easily through the process. We look forward to working with him again in the future! We recommend him highly!! read more

Rick was referred to me by a different local notary service who was already booked for the week. He responded within a few minutes and accommodated my need within 24 hours. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He met me at my mothers assisted living facility to notarize her signature and took care of everything within minutes. I appreciate how caring he was and sensitive to both my mothers questions and the need to protect her from Covid-19 exposure. If I ever need this service again, Rick will be my first call! read more

Super quick and easy. Mr. Garces was right on time, professional and courteous. The fee was very reasonable. Great service!

Rick was extremely professional and I was blown away by his knowledge of the loan documents. My clients felt very comfortable since Rick was able to fully explain every document and was able to answer all questions. 5 Stars read more

I rarely write reviews for anything (Yelp, Amazon, etc.). I needed a document notarized for my 90 year old mom. She is in total lockdown (due to covid restrictions) at a local assisted living facility in the Sacramento area. She is very frail and unable to be transported to a notary. I found Rick on Yelp with a bunch of 5 star reviews and now I know why. He is AMAZING! He showed up at the facility on time. He was extremely patient and compassionate with my mom. It took her a long time to sign her name, but he never rushed her or acted like he was in a hurry. He was so polite and professional and generous with his time. I so appreciate what you did for my mom, Rick. If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Thank you, thank you. You are the best! read more

Rick is the greatest. I am a legal document preparer and I only contract with Rick to notarize my client's documents. He is always available and on time. He is a true professional. Sometimes my clients documents require several signatures which must be notarized. He often provides those clients a good discount when he could actually charge much more. I will only call Rick and will work my and my clients' schedules around his availability. read more

Agree with the other reviewer. Rick was very professional, responsive, and helpful during a difficult time when our family required a POA and health care directive. I would recommend Rick to anyone needing mobile notary services. read more

Really nice and efficient. He treats people like people, not just a number. He provided more help beyond the standard service because he never lost the Human Factor. I am definitely going to use him again. read more

I'm not going to lie, I usually use UPS to perform notary services. Their customer service was okay. The bare minimum. Well it was after 6 p.m. and I needed an insurance document notarized right away because it was due the next morning before the UPS store opened. I searched Google and found Rick. Upon calling him, he answered with a pleasant tone and informed me that he did have a couple of appointments but that he would be happy to come meet me another time. I told him I was in the Orangevale area and he made time for me! Within 5 minutes he was at the place I told them to meet me. When Rick arrived he was dressed to impress and extremely pleasant. I had my 11 month old baby girl with me, and he could not be more loving and generous. Then he did something that completely surprised me and I won't say it out of respect for privacy, but just know that it was amazing. He is the best notary service, hands down. I have never experienced a notary like him, and I highly recommend Rick. Don't go with UPS. Go with Rick. read more
