Updated: Kathy was very upset with this review - I am not an unreasonable person, I would have appreciated communication as to what was happening throughout the 3+ weeks we were simply trying to pay for her services. Again, our client was not at all dissatisfied with Kathy's service. I contacted this business to get a mobile notary completed for a client. We thoroughly discussed pricing beforehand and I provided a UPS label to ship the documents back to us. The notary meeting went well and we got the documents back on 12/10. We asked for an invoice multiple times between 12/10 and 12/17 and she informed us she would be on vacation from 12/20-12/28. However, it is now 1/4 and we have not only received multiple emails in regards to what services she completed, but also the clients name (which was included on the subject line of the email she responded to). I find this very unprofessional. If you are using this business for a personal document I think it would be fine, however I would avoid if you are using it for clients or another business. read more

Kathy came to our home to notarize out of state real estate documents for us, and it was a wonderful experience! We didn't know exactly when the documents would arrive, and she was basically "on call" for us, which we so appreciated, as we were under the gun to get documents signed and returned so we could close on a house. She was familiar with all of our documents, and made sure everything was executed properly, and checked them over several times to make sure nothing was missed. From My Husband (who doesn't have an account)... So here I was... The week from "heck"... And man was I in a bind.... On Monday I was called into Jury Duty here in Ventura and on Tuesday I was selected for the jury. I was luckily close enough to work that I could at least go into my banking office that I manage at 8, noon, and at 4:30 when we broke for the day. After my notary called in sick and with a pending escrow that needed to close on Monday. This had to be signed TODAY. Calling around to other branches at my bank, no one else could help. When I found all this out on my lunch break I started calling around and I only had 30 minutes to solve this problem or....I cringe when I think about the or.... So I picked up the phone.... ...No ...Sorry not for just one document ...Sorry too busy Finally got the first positive thing I had heard all day... No sorry, but you should call A+ Notary... Kathy's great! So I did, and man am I glad I did! I needed her to drive to my clients house, in 2 hours, and notarize docs I never even had an opportunity to review!!! She was prompt in meeting my client at the agreed time and immediately text me that the document needing notarization wasn't filled out in its entirety! She waited patiently while the client filled it out and then texted me to let me know it was a successful notary completion. Being unable to communicate as I was literally deliberating on a defendant's fate at that moment, I was thrilled to see that the trust I had placed in this complete stranger was well placed. We booked Kathy on 12/21 for a notary for our client on 12/24. She assured us she would be able to do it even though it was a holiday. She failed to show up and only returned our calls 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, at which point it was too late for our client to be able to do it.
