Kcee and Reed are both so knowledgeable when it comes to what they do and they are so friendly and helpful, to the point they will even FaceTime me if I ever have any questions about styling choices or how to touch up my system if I can't make it in. RUN AWAY!!! The…read morephotos speak for themselves: this is what my hair system looked like only three days after the installation. When I contacted them to have the problem corrected, instead of taking responsibility and trying to fix it, I was told that the issue was because I supposedly wanted the hairline placed too far forward. That is simply not true. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated bad experience. I have had repeated problems with them, and in my experience the hair systems have felt cheap and low quality. The level of workmanship and competence I experienced was extremely disappointing. What bothered me just as much was the attitude. I often felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service I was paying for. The atmosphere was consistently negative and dismissive, especially when there was a problem that needed to be addressed. After spending this kind of money, a client should not be left with an obvious problem after three days and then be blamed for it. I was left with the impression that collecting payment was a much higher priority than standing behind the work or taking care of the client afterward. I have honestly never been treated this way by a business before. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone considering a hair system. UPDATE - In response to the business owner's reply: I want to correct several factual inaccuracies in the business's response. At no point did I threaten the stylist or anyone associated with this business. No threats were made. Their statements regarding my partner and what my partner allegedly did are also not accurate. I contacted the business specifically to try to resolve the problem shown in the photos. I was not offered a solution. I was told that nothing could be done. The hair system shown in my photos was not altered, cut, modified, or otherwise changed after I left the salon. The photos reflect the condition of the hair system and the work performed by the stylist only a few days after the appointment. The claim that I was offered a custom hair system is also not true. That option was never presented to me as a solution. Cost was never the issue for me; had a genuinely better custom system been offered as the appropriate solution, I would have had no problem considering it. Being satisfied when leaving the salon does not somehow invalidate a problem that becomes clearly visible only a few days later. That is exactly why I contacted the business after noticing the issue. In my opinion, the business's response is being made in bad faith. Rather than addressing the visible problem, they are introducing claims about me and my partner that I dispute, suggesting that the hair system was altered when it was not, and describing solutions that were never actually offered to me. I originally contacted them privately because my goal was simply to have the problem corrected. Unfortunately, no solution was provided.

I normally don't like to write bad reviews however, I had a horrific experience here that nobody…read moreshould ever have to experience. My husband and I were referred by an acquaintance to see Alice. We almost canceled because we are both in poor health. He is on dialysis and I have other issues. We really wanted to get our hair done so we went in. I had beautiful blonde highlights that I needed the roots touched up and a Keratin Treatment. I showed Alice a picture of me in 6th grade to show her my natural hair color. I joked about how unpopular and geeky I was back then. Alice then started sloppily painting dark color on my roots. I told her I DON'T WANT DARK. She said the the keratin lightens the hair. Well when it was dry. IT DIDN'T! My husband left before me because all he had was a scalp treatment and when he tried to pay Alice by credit card the device on her phone conveniently broke so he had to pay cash. I was still half way through my session. When I was done I cried. The roots were black! I told her I didn't want dark. Another lesson I learned about going to a new stylist or anyone for that matter. Never tell them anything about your personal life. Just don't talk at all. I don't want to trust anyone again after seeing Alice. When I returned home, My husband was mortified when he saw my hair and called her. She offered to redo it the next week but we just wanted a refund. She became very mean and said the roots were not black that I was lying. She said should keep the money for being my therapist. She also said that my hair didn't turn out because I was sick and ugly and nobody could help me. She also mentioned that no wonder I was unpopular in 6th grade, because that is the type of person that I am. She was very vicious and used every personal thing she could use against me to avoid a refund. My hair has never looked this bad. Even when I did it myself. This was a triple punch. She took my money, my looks and my self esteem. Now I have to pay to get it corrected
