After checking w 5/6 diff HVAC companies, found out owner of Shackelford Mike was great to work with and gave us a very reasonable price. The installation was piece of cake for Jim and Justin, they did great job and also ahead of time. Jim explained how to use the new thermostat and walked us through all the new equipment. Can't say enough about Shackelford!! Special note about Mike Hoffer (the owner), he was incredibly helpful, responsive on the first or second ring of my call and assisted us choose a unit and answer many questions through the weekend; and they were able to get a new unit installed for us within 2 days. It's a small company with a small crew but their customer service was excellent; pricing seemingly competitive. I definitely recommend this small but very competitive for HVAC system assistance.

It took them 3 visits to make it functional .... The first plumber installed it and the was no water pressure . The second plumber Seemed a little more knowledgeable.... But still the sprayer was not functional It took a third plumber to finally make it right..... and I was billed fully for all 3 visits. It seems to me if you have to come back and fix something that wasn't done properly...... I should not have to pay for the remediation. I would not use them again.

The lights flickered several times which was at least one time too many. Normally my Lennox unit shrugs that off but not this time. I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. We are comfortable once again.

ServPro came to the rescue! To give perspective we called them on Monday afternoon, they had someone out to assess the issue that Tuesday morning and then the cleaning was completed on Wednesday! Working closely with our Home Insurance company, they were professional, efficient, fast working and perfect customer care! Due to the time sensitive matter their office receptionist, Amber, quickly connected us to a Project Manager to come out and asses the damage. Jim Gryder, project manager, was amazing! He put both my husband and I's mind at ease on the damages. He work closely with our insurance assessor to make sure everything was accounted for. Jim also explain everything as the process was going on and came out multiple times to ensure everything was completed/progressing correctly. He even coordinated with our friend whom was watching our house over our vacation to come in and check the drying process each day while we were gone. We truly appreciated everything Jim did! He completely made us feel comfortable so we could go on our vacation without worrying about what was happening in our house. The ServPro Crew team, Ronny, Willie & Christian, who came out on Wednesday was super professional, fast working, answered any questions we had and even gave us advice on a few things. Ronny even helped us take a few pictures of personal property damage for our insurance before disposing of them. They explained everything they were doing up front and walked us through everything after the clean process was done. Also, Jim came back out once they were collecting the drying fans to do an estimate for repairing the damages for us too! He worked directly with our home insurance coming so we didn't have to play the middle man! We truly high recommend ServPro of Rock County. They helped us so much during such a stressful situation. Thank you so much to the whole ServPro Team!
