Matthew from T & M Electrical Services showed up right on time and was professional, friendly, and…read moreclearly passionate about his work. He was upbeat and easy to talk to as we walked through all the projects I had lined up. He took the time to explain each step clearly and offered thoughtful input on how everything would be handled. He also did a quick inspection around the home and pointed out potential safety concerns I wasn't even aware of--offering solutions without any pressure. His communication was clear, and he explained both electrical and non-electrical matters in a way that was easy to understand. All of the work he completed looks clean and precise, and everything functions exactly as promised. He even addressed a tricky issue left behind by a previous contractor and fixed it the right way--no shortcuts. It's clear Matthew knows his craft well; you can see it in the way he works with his tools and the attention he puts into the job. I'm a very satisfied customer and won't hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend for any electrical work--definitely a 5-star experience!
