Despite the shop's floor size they must have Aladdin's cave as a stock room. I know this because when I asked the owner of the company, Julian Richer, why his stores were so small he wrote back in person to inform me that it is in order to keep overheads down and ultimately deliver low prices to the customer.
Anyway this personal approach from the director of the company is echoed all the way to the salesmen who, unlike larger chains of electrical stores, actually know what they are talking about. Even more to their credit, the salesmen will tell you if the products they have are not going to be suitable for your needs. Something you don't see all that much these days.
The store is not located in the centre of Nottingham and is not situated well for any of the multi storey car parks. However this is not a problem as there are parking slots outside the store and the staff will pay for the parking meter. read more
