    1 star out of 5 is too good for these people, I am left wondering, who is going to pay for my…read moreparking given a trip to CEX in this city is anything but quick... Count it, 3 people, not 1, not 2 but 3 CEX workers decided to answer one question about a device that the owner of wasn't even present for. They were told they couldn't collect it and that their partner has to -- given it's not even their device, by 3 CEX workers all taking a break from their respective flirtations of patrons and piss arsing about, they all stopped what little they were doing to go 3 on 1 chit chat to this person who's device it wasn't even, one hour because they're too stupid to realise people buying and people selling probably shouldn't be in the same queue. These people ruined my first visit to Nottingham and I am left wondering who the manager is and who's going to pay for my parking or the hour of my life. Avoid this CEX, I've been to CEX's around the country and this one is the worst, from perverts behind the desk to fat lumps in skater gear looking grumpy dossing around not serving anyone in a queue that Moses would have to part to exit, this CEX is the worse, and they owe me an hour's parking.

    Was sold a wireless controller that, unbeknownst to me, had a fault charging port. Upon inserting…read morethe charging cable the faulty port became dislodged and disappeared into the controller. Thought I'd be fine to get a replacement or a refund. They declared it accidental damage and refused me a refund. They sold me damaged goods and then essentially blamed me when I tried to return it.
