When I ring they are very cold on the phone and the guy answers with a yeah!! No hello, no goodbye!! When in store they are very slow at dealing with any issues and the manager just doesn't seem up to scratch. I was in there over an hour trying to sort what was a fairly simple problem. My switch from O2 has been less than smooth. Furthermore, I bought my Iphone 5 from T-mobile which died 8 days into having it. I phoned the Loughborough branch to get it replaced and they refused to deal with me as I had had it more than 7 days. They said it was Apples responsibility, whom after phoning said it was T-mobiles responsibility. I then had to ring T-mobile on the internet who kindly after a 30 minute wait in their multi layered queueing system decided to replace my phone which may now take up to 30 days to come leaving me with no phone. Even then I had to threaten them with my statuatory rights to get them to do anything. T-mobile so far has not looked after me, has treated me badly and left me without a phone for my business.
