Took in a laptop for repair of what I suspected was a faulty graphics driver and faulty fan. Fan…read morewas replaced for £30, and was told I also needed to replace the hard drive as this was broken, at additional expense, plus the "repair and assessment" fees which brought my total to £170. I am happy with the fan replacement, as this was faulty and then fixed correctly. However upon getting my laptop back it had been given a 32bit drive (where before it was 64bit) and thus many of the laptop's original drivers and settings, which were 64bit only, did not work. The laptop also would turn off suddenly, without warning or even bluescreening, despite not over heating. I took it back to the shop to be reassessed, but despite the computer still shutting down seemingly randomly, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Having taken the laptop to a different repair service nearby (who have said they could have fixed the original issue for under £25) they are shocked at the bad install of all of the device drivers, which are not working properly at all now, and at the description of the customer service at bubbleit. I had hoped that after spending £170 I would have a fixed laptop, but it is more broken than when I first went in. Considering even taking them to the small claims court. AVOID BUBBLE IT. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND MY LAPTOP IS STILL NOT WORKING!!!

Anyway I found what I was looking for, picked up the box and went to the tills to pay but no-one was there although a couple of assistants were chatting nearby. I then went to another counter and asked if I could pay there and this woman said very sarcastically that I should pay at the checkout where it says please pay on the big red sign . I said I had just been there and no one could be bothered to serve me, I also pointed out that there was no sign saying where the DVD players were to which she said that I was wrong and there was-I asked here to come and show me which she did and pointed to the sign that said Sat Nav. I really could not make up how appalling the service and attitude is and is it any wonder the company is going down the pan. In future I shall order from Amazon (wish I had in the first place).
