I went to buy a DVD player, had to ask an assistant where they were. He told me to hang on as he was texting a friend (!), he then pointed to the sign that said 'Sat Nav' and said that's where they were!!!
Anyway I found what I was looking for, picked up the box and went to the tills to pay but no-one was there although a couple of assistants were chatting nearby. I then went to another counter and asked if I could pay there and this woman said very sarcastically that I should pay at the checkout where it says please pay on the big red sign . I said I had just been there and no one could be bothered to serve me, I also pointed out that there was no sign saying where the DVD players were to which she said that I was wrong and there was-I asked here to come and show me which she did and pointed to the sign that said Sat Nav.
I really could not make up how appalling the service and attitude is and is it any wonder the company is going down the pan. In future I shall order from Amazon (wish I had in the first place). read more
