Count it, 3 people, not 1, not 2 but 3 CEX workers decided to answer one question about a device that the owner of wasn't even present for. They were told they couldn't collect it and that their partner has to -- given it's not even their device, by 3 CEX workers all taking a break from their respective flirtations of patrons and piss arsing about, they all stopped what little they were doing to go 3 on 1 chit chat to this person who's device it wasn't even, one hour because they're too stupid to realise people buying and people selling probably shouldn't be in the same queue. These people ruined my first visit to Nottingham and I am left wondering who the manager is and who's going to pay for my parking or the hour of my life. Avoid this CEX, I've been to CEX's around the country and this one is the worst, from perverts behind the desk to fat lumps in skater gear looking grumpy dossing around not serving anyone in a queue that Moses would have to part to exit, this CEX is the worse, and they owe me an hour's parking.

Thought I'd be fine to get a replacement or a refund. They declared it accidental damage and refused me a refund. They sold me damaged goods and then essentially blamed me when I tried to return it.

When games are charged at recommended retail price i would never consider a purchase, other shops on the high street are more reasonable. Only buy if you find a very rare special offer which is truly out of the ordinary.

They have good deals on console bundles with the console and games or maybe some accessories which are always a good deal and would save you money instead of buying them individually

The store has some good prices but the only thing I wouldn't recommend buying from there is controllers because they can be quite expensive for example it costs £10.00 for a playstation 2 controller, but most items are a good price. When selling items at the store I would recommend getting the money in store credit, if you buy games there often, as you get more in store credit than you do in cash. Overall its a great shop for selling and buying games from the newest games to the classics.

A big Game store which is on two floors. The shop is well set out. As with other Game stores the…read moregames are arranged by what console they are for. As well as games they sell consoles, books and accessories. They sell a great range of pre owned games as well as new games. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Game does seem to be a bit more expensive than other games shops so I check the prices at other places too. There is enough room to move around in this shop even though queues do get quite long.
