He had me try a few different beds to start which gave me an idea of the feel I was looking for. He asked great questions about how I sleep etc. to recommend something that would work for me. He was super laid back and not pushy at all which I appreciated. He even got it delivered within a couple days of my order. (Could have been even sooner but didn't fit my schedule) Overall, I had a great experience here and am enjoying my new bed! They are a bit firmer than in the store when you first get it but he assured me it's just the break in process. I trust his word and would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to go talk to him. The bed was scheduled to be delivered two weeks later on a Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. They would not narrow down the time. I waited on that Friday and received a call that the bed was out of stock and would be delivered the next Friday. Again, between 8:00 and 5:00 PM. They would not narrow down the time. I waited the next Friday. No word. I called the same sales person at Mattress One and now she was not interested in helping. She said that my bed was on the truck and that they would be delivering sometime this evening, but they have no idea what time. I am continuing to wait. Using computer scheduling systems, route optimization systems, GPS and cellular phones, it seems that the dispatcher would know the location of the truck, route and number of stops and could narrow down the time to something other than 24 hours. As I continue to wait, I do not know if the bed will show up or not. If it does not show up today, I will cancel and purchase from Mattress Firm. Based on the other reviews that I have read, I am sure canceling will be a bad experience.

Daniel approached me as soon as I walked into the showroom and provided a breakdown of all the beds in stock. Beds sure have changed in the last 20 years! First of all there's no box spring and mattress only a mattress. And most any mattress you purchase now you can get a base that lifts the head and feet. This was one of my favorite perks of my new bed. My bed was delivered the following day within the time window as promised. The delivery crew had me set up in about 30 minutes. They gave me a quick tutorial of the remote that adjusts the bed. My biggest complaint was the heat of the bed. My last mattress did not hold heat but these new ones do. I ordered the special cooling mattress cover for $125. I would absolutely recommend you purchase this cover if you are like me and do not like to be hot while you sleep. I could definitely tell a difference because I didn't have it for the first week. The bed is definitely comfortable and I've adjusted pretty well. However when I purchase my next one I will be shopping for a cooling mattress.
