Salesman knew we needed one, when I called the store, his answer was "you didn't pay for one"....because he never put it on the invoice. I am not a mattress salesman either, so you would like to trust they take care of you. He response was very flippant, however did offer to see if there was others at different locations for me to go and pick up. If you shop at this store, ask the following question: "Is there anything we need that is not on the invoice". Take care of your customers instead of bragging "how good of a salesman you are". We will do that if it's true.

I was torn between the new hydrid Reflection mattress from the Bed Boss or a more traditional pillow top from Jamison which is exclusive to Marriott Hotels. After trying out several others and looking at reviews I decided on the Marriott mattress by Jamison. I also bought a comfy Bamboo set of sheets, a bed frame, box springs and mattress protector. I got all this and delivery for less than the price of the mattress only at other stores.
