Salesman knew we needed one, when I called the store, his answer was "you didn't pay for one"....because he never put it on the invoice. I am not a mattress salesman either, so you would like to trust they take care of you. He response was very flippant, however did offer to see if there was others at different locations for me to go and pick up. If you shop at this store, ask the following question: "Is there anything we need that is not on the invoice". Take care of your customers instead of bragging "how good of a salesman you are". We will do that if it's true.

It's been a challenge to find some thing that I like and that will be something to last for years to come. After going to four other places, a friend suggested that we try orange Park furniture. We were greeted by Lance who I will tell you upfront was exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional. I told him what I was looking for and because he knows his inventory so well, he took me to the right furniture! They have a large selection and various price ranges, which I was very impressed with. For what I am looking for I got a great price. After going to Orange Park furniture, my friend, and I did go to two other establishments of which we walked out relatively quick and I said to him we've got to go back. I've gotta see that bed again. This is a family owned business, which has been an operation for 50 years. I have passed it by, but never paid attention and today. I am so thankful they were there! The value, price, and customer service are beyond reproach. Lance did not act like a "salesman" rather someone who is trying to help meet a need. His attentive of listening skills and and attention to detail made a huge difference!!!!

Brad travels to the High Point Furniture Market once a year and makes the rounds until he finds a really great selection for his store. I still have my first mattress from Jax Mattress in my spare bedroom and I still love it. The time had come to replace my old King size mattress. I was pretty excited to shop for a new mattress because of all the new styles. I was torn between the new hydrid Reflection mattress from the Bed Boss or a more traditional pillow top from Jamison which is exclusive to Marriott Hotels. After trying out several others and looking at reviews I decided on the Marriott mattress by Jamison. I also bought a comfy Bamboo set of sheets, a bed frame, box springs and mattress protector. I got all this and delivery for less than the price of the mattress only at other stores. Not sure how he keeps the prices so reasonable and the quality so great but after three years I'm back and Jax Mattress is going strong!
