Brad travels to the High Point Furniture Market once a year and makes the rounds until he finds a really great selection for his store. I still have my first mattress from Jax Mattress in my spare bedroom and I still love it. The time had come to replace my old King size mattress. I was pretty excited to shop for a new mattress because of all the new styles. I was torn between the new hydrid Reflection mattress from the Bed Boss or a more traditional pillow top from Jamison which is exclusive to Marriott Hotels. After trying out several others and looking at reviews I decided on the Marriott mattress by Jamison. I also bought a comfy Bamboo set of sheets, a bed frame, box springs and mattress protector. I got all this and delivery for less than the price of the mattress only at other stores. Not sure how he keeps the prices so reasonable and the quality so great but after three years I'm back and Jax Mattress is going strong!

He began by asking a few questions to help him select 5 mattress set that would best satisfy our expectations. Requested replacement and after one night on the twin XL found that I misjudged the size and needed actually to have a Full size. Ehson (salesperson)was fine with it, and asked me to go visit the store. Togo, Salesperson, showed me first a replacement of a full size for $2100, way out of my budget. Finally found a replacement - was under the impression it would be done even exchange, nope, did not happened. So then I was told , we do not switch out mattresses after one night, I could not sleep on the one I had , it was way to hard for me and it was dirty. Then I was told I could not get an exchange for the Adjustable base, as it was electric, but was offered the free one with purchase for $299, I needed the mattress ASPA as the one I had was way to hard. Then I was told, the 2 pieces could not be delivered until the end of Oct, I needed it now. Then I was told I could get the new mattress in 2 days, but the free 299 base wasn't available and they would not make 2 different deliveries for this exchange. So I am not only stuck with an adjust twin XL base, Togo refused to exchange even though I had it only one night. Now I am stuck wiht the twin XL base and a full size delivery mattress in 2 days. In addition Togo charged me almost close to $200 in addition. A nightmare, that will be it for me and the Mattress firm !!!!

Waking up daily feeling like you was hit by a bus & all your pressure points are screaming and you have to take 10 mins just to get up out of bed and hurt all day and have to use pain patches, rollers, sprays, meds, ice/heat pads, Epsom salt baths DAILY. I came in for over a 8 month period sampling mattresses. I tried every bed only being able to try a few each day, because my back would start to shoot pain and aching so I wouldn't be able to choose because of how bad my pain was. They have a one trade out policy if you don't like the mattress you purchased. I had others who helped with my prior 2 purchases they were great as well, but when I got them home to sleep 1st way to soft, 2nd way to firm and she worked with me with a 3rd and I went thru the whole process again and tested beds. I came multiple times throughout the weeks to test beds and she found me the perfect bed! She explained each bed with details and comfort levels and why THIS mattress would be perfect! Stating my body was aligned with the mattress and spine was level and people with curves this mattress hugged to those heavier areas but still kept you aligned. Today is the FIRST day ever since finding out in 2003 about my Fibromyalgia that I was able to sleep throughout the night not tossing and turning, not shoving pillows around me, and under me to relieve pressure points, to being able to wakeup without ONE throbbing/sharp pain pressure point screaming. I wokeup emotional and relieved for the first time in MANY years. THANK YOU ELLY from every fiber of my body for giving me relief that I'd never thought I would have! Many blessings to you! Thank you for your caring, knowledge, your time, and patience. For others who suffer pain this is the name of the mattress Stearns & Foster Estate Collection Plush!

Why not give them a shot? I saw one I liked online and went over to the warehouse to check it out. The place is huge and hot. Up the ramp and immediately to the right is the clearance area so I strolled in to see what they had. Most of it were damaged furniture marked down but still good enough to use. Unfortunately they didn't have anything I wanted. So I made a beeline to the dining room furniture and saw the set I wanted. A friendly salesman came by and asked if I've been helped. I told him no but I knew exactly what I wanted. I showed him the table and we went to the front to checkout. Him stated that the floor model was the last one they had and would I have a problem with that. No assembly? Shoot, easy for me.
