We visited the store that afternoon and Glen greeted us with a glowing smile and a hardy handshake. He began by asking a few questions to help him select 5 mattress set that would best satisfy our expectations. As we tested each set, Glen provided meaningful additional details about each one that demonstrated his vast knowledge and experience in the mattress industry. He politely asked his customer if he could step away long enough to work on my purchase since the saleslady hadn't been there long enough to be trained on that yet. Both were nice and helpful. He had me try a few different beds to start which gave me an idea of the feel I was looking for. He asked great questions about how I sleep etc. to recommend something that would work for me.
